Messages?

Do you think "City of Bones" had any messages to give readers?


I think one would be that revenge is not a good pollicy and that it just causes more trouble. Another message I think this book portrayed is the ability to forgive someone who has hurt you or has kept secrets from you in time.

I said the same thing under the theme category:

I think that a message is not to be prejudiced against others. I thought that Clary had a point that there is no reason to not like demons as a group when vampires, fairies, and other beings are judged based off themselves not as a group.

Angie, Yes, I JUST read that post of yours. This book sounds mixed to me but these two comments do make me interested in reading it when I can.
