Pyro thought. "When I escaped, there was this one eraser who tailed me. It was before I knew about the flames. I flew into the desert, and he still followed me. He watched me calculatingly. On the first night, he stayed far away. But on the second night, when I had to land and rest, I was weak from lack of sleep. That night, he tried to catch me. I decided to look as innocent and weak as possible, but kept my snarkiness up. He soon forgot that I was a top project, and he morphed, lunging at me. I remember closing my eyes, paniking and punching him right as his claws raked my arm." Pyro swallowed, leaning against a tree. "There was a smell, like a burning. He.... he was gone. But he'd let his guard down becaus he didn't know how much power I had." Her hands curled. "Didn't know that I could melt half of his skull clear off his head."
