After your charrie is approved, come here and look at the first post for any available flocks for your character to join. When your character is added to a list, you can roleplay in that flock's designated RP topic. That's the gist of it.

What redpath means is that the school starting point is full I think and the other one is almost full maybe the one Im in is open we started in the forest but, I dont make decisions. :) (yeah I said this after redpath said the above)
