The only mac and cheese I've ever eaten is the Kraft boxed stuff and then the times I've melted Velveeta onto noodles. I saw an episode of Throwdown with Bobby Flay once and they had a mac and cheese challenge and they each used so many different types of cheese in their recipes and they didn't look good to me. I'm probably missing out on some good stuff.
