Caelum didn't say anything. Sica spoke instead. "I'm a fox and hawk combined DNA. Caelum... He is a human fused with ... something else." Caelum frowned. "The scientists didnt know what it was. Or what it could do. Since they could not bring it back to life, they inserted it's DNA and some other things into my body when I was born." He exchanged glances with Sica. "It was some sort of alien."

Griffin raised his eyebrows at the last part. They didn't seem to be lying. And that was a VERY interesting answer. He didn't completely trust them, but enough to tell him his life story. It would at least get a good laugh "I'm human with loin and hawk," he said, "We match there," he told the fox, referring to the hawk part. "In the lab I came from, I was marked as 'gryphon boy' ,hesne my name Griffin, but then after FIFTEEN years of me, they finally figured out that they mixed the wrong thing. They mixed me with hawk instead of eagle. So they deiced they were going to 'trunamate' me," he said making air quotes around the word turnamate, "But when they tried to get me out of my 'holding chamber'," he made are quotes around holding chamber again, "I kicked their butt's and high tailed it out'da there," he finished, feeling proud and superior. His tail started to poke out of his pants too, it was something he tried to hide.

Sharky sighed. "You two make me seem normal." She complained jokingly. "Shark and Osprey... I think. Not sure." She said, fingering the shark tattoo on her wrist.

Caelum shook his head. "We at least look normal. Well," he eyed the winged fox next to him, which was twice the size of a normal fox. "At least sometimes." Sica wrapped his wings around him. "Five... Four... Three... Two... One..." Suddenly the whirring sound of a helicopter came to their ears. "Better hide." Sica said, sounding very bored and lazily walked over to a shadow. Caelum watched him with amusement.

Sharky looked at the helicopter with amused eyes. "Well would ya look at that?"

Griffin sighed and pulled a black hoodie over his head, so no one could see his wings ,put a plain navy blue hat on he had shoved in his back pocket, so no one could see his ears, and put his hands in his pockets, so no one could see his black claws. What he failed to noticed was that his tail had come out of his pants completely, and was twitching in a lion-like fashion. He thought himself to be completely normal looking.

Caelum glanced from the copter to Sharky. "Ya seen one before?" He asked. "Surely you have... You're not that newly escaped. Are you?"

[Jamie]

"Eh, 'bout three months," He said, "Seen like two," but I don't know why they would want me back. I'm just a mess up. Unless they want to use me like a lab-rat," He shivered at that thought. His tail twitched a little more.

Caelum looked at her through his pale silver hair, sympathy, and understanding, in his eyes. The copter moved on, and Sica came out of the shadow. "I'm hungry." He stated instantly. Caelum looked at the white and red fox.

"Ditto," said Griffin.

"Hmph," Caelum smiled a little and shook his head. "Kid's fast food is back a little ways." He jabbed the air with his thumb, pointing behind him. Sica tilted his head, peering at Griffin. "Unless you like raw animals. Dog, cat, mice, ... stuff like that."

((Is it an insult? Is he really asking if that's his diet? Or is he asking if he can tolerate it? I got lost. XD))

((lol. I'm debating myself on Caelum's personality. I'm gonna go with he's sometimes mean and teases and insults, but he's serious and thoughtful at the same time. And..... he was insulting with the fast food thing :D Sica was serious about the dog cat and mice.... that's what they eat... :D))

((what's he like? maybe he should try to punch Caelum or something :D :D lol. or not. but just put yourself in his position and be the carrie. be the typer. that's what i always do. put myself with their background, personality, looks, everything, and do what they would do :D :D it helps me do carries from quiet and shy to just plain old quiet and thoughtful to mean to happy-go-lucky to extreme happy-go-lucky to ignorant/innocent to extremely evil bad guy :D :D Its fun... anyway.... O.o))

Sharky just rolled her eyes and dove down among the trees. She turned onto her side and smiled as the wind whipped the hair out of her face, swerving away from the limbs of the tree. Sunset lights filtered through the leaves, casting a golden green dappled light onto the mossy forest floor. She righted herself and stood. She was used to fending for herself.

Griffin ignored that comment and took off the hoodie and flew away by himself again.

Caelum and Sica took off running/flying again. They went to a large, forest area and started to hunt. Soon they found a deer, Sica took it down and they ate the deer raw, simply taking out the meat and eating.

Sharky used her six senses to try and get a meal. Soon enough, she caught several rabbits. Her shark instincts told her to justit raw. So did her bird of preytincts. She did, ignoring the human part of her.

Griffin landed in a forest, and let his lion instincts take over. Soon he had spotted a deer. He sprang onto the deer using the lion side of him, and killed it using his claws and teeth. He ate it raw.

Griffin finished his deer and took off enjoying the breeze.
