Me: Ahhh! YAY for Ivi! When we first got our pointe shoes, the teacher told us to run in a circle on demi-point. After the pain has sucessfully numbed my toes, she had us scream, "IT HURTS" then said she never wanted to hear us say that again. =) Quite effective.
