A) We did chopping out.
Josh: Okay, pick your heaviest mallets. We're gonna do sixteenth notes at 120 BPM for about 15 minutes.

B) There's this really hard 16th rhythm where your pattern per note is 123-123-12 and then repeating, but you accent all the 1's. And it's at 156 BPM. And it's one of the first things I have struggled with, and then my section gathers after...

So, I'm a general good weight, ya? 122.3 pounds, I think, and I have a good ass- to be modest, of course:) But I have tummy fat, and I don't exactly eat... Healthy. My lunch usually co soars of fruit snacks and a bag of chips.
And I had an epiphany (damn Seth -.-) yesterday that it wasn't good for me... And so last night and today I ate nothing. But I just broke that and had like five cookies.
