D: aww. I'm sorry. There are some kids in my friend's Music Theory I class who didn't know what a treble/bass clef was and played an instrument that used one of those clefs. And then they dedicated an entire class to learning which way the stem goes.

Me: Gwyn, nope. City-wide (temecula) and a little bigger was last week, and we got 2nd.
This week it was in Ayala, which is up in LA. A lot bigger than we thought.
Musically, it was good. Visually, it was good. Emotionally? We weren't really there, ya know what I mean?
But we were mere points behind the two in front of us, which have been Nationwide Finalists for years. Underwood told us to hold our heads high and keep dreaming big:) He was proud, so it's okay.
