can't combine shmoop poetry guide

I am unable to combine the paperback version with the other 2 versions of Acquainted with the Night: Shmoop Poetry Guide. Can anyone see what is wrong?

I've combined them by filtering on "acquainted"; it looks like there may be a bug with the pagination where different editions are ending up on different pages.
