It's all quiet in my neighborhood (which is near the Cairo university sit-in), but I hope it's safe and quiet elsewhere too. I'm kind of deliberately cut off from news here to keep my sanity.
Don't blame you Khadijah - if I were you and where you are located - I would do the same thing. Keep safe.

Hi Amanda, our family traces it's roots to the ancient clan of Gunn and we use that as our tartan. You can keep the haggis....:) Have a great day.

I am originally from Kellogg,Idaho, now residing in Lorain,Ohio.Southern shore of Lake Erie,35 mi west of Cleveland.

My dad was career AF and we moved about every 18-24 mnths. I met and married my late husband in Minot,ND. He was from eastern KY,where there was no work besides in the coal mines,so when he finished his 4 yrs. in the service we came here for work in the Ford plant, but he ended up at the steel mill instead.
Besides Minot,ND,and Witchita Falls,TX,this is my least favorite place I ever lived! Hate the humid climate, and lousy sports teams. Spokane,WA,Cheyenne,WY,Tucson,AZ,and the Midlands/Cotwolds area of England, are my favorite places I've lived.
Yeah, I am still shaking my head why oh why Cleveland cannot get a consistent winning and championship team in any sport. The winters are pretty brutal and I'm glad I moved, lol. There are some good things about the city, though.

I have lived here since'68,and can't think of one good thing about Cleveland, but except for the horrible wet springs,hot-humid summers, chilling winters, annual number of dreary days, the now dead industry/manufacturing climate, the little city of Lorain is somewhat passable! My dream destination is Hamilton,New Zealand!
My wife's step-dad played for the 1964 championship Browns, only if you moved there earlier. I can see NZ, yep. sounds good.
Switzerland, near Lausanne, but I am Scottish, do you have a wee Scottish flag in your collection?Scott
