A small grin spread across his face. "Um, so did a girl named Bridget ever come into your cabin?"

A small smile crossed her lips. Was she that unrecognizable?

"Yes, she has. I know her very well; it's almost as if we're the same person."

Eric grinned, memories fogging his brain. That had been a great summer, but it was in the past now.

"Huh. I didn't know she'd come back. When did that happen? How is she?"

[Annie]

"Why don't you ask her yourself?"

Bridget leaned back on the cushy sofa, flipping her hair once more.

"Okay, I will. I'll come talk to her tomorrow at your cabin, noon?" He ran a hand through his dark brown hair.

[Annie]

"It's a deal."

A tiny little giggle, and then Bridget rose. "See you then."

The daughter of Iris backed away, blew him a sardonic kiss, and twirled herself back to her cabin.
