Books about interactive activities for mental health and substance abuse patients

I am a clinician who has recently started working in an alcohol and drug treatment facility for teens. I am searching for books that give group activities for teens that can help them learn about feelings, anger, substance abuse, etc. Any recommendations? I am also looking for a copy of 100 Interactive Activities for Mental Health and SA Recovery by Carol Butler. Does anyone have a copy they would give/sell me? Thanks for any advice you may have.

When was it published, and do you know whether she has written any other books? It sounds interesting, and I just did searches on bookfinder.com and Amazon, but neither had any information on it or on Carol Butler.
