I feel for my Canadian friends, but am jumping for joy about the pirates operating out of Canada.

Rowena, does this mean that if the pirate's located in Canada, it doesn't matter if their site is hosted in say, Kenya? Because if the blasted pirate can just move their site to a different location, it doesn't do anything for us.

LJ, I may have miscommunicated. I don't think it matters where the uploading pirate is located. It's the downloading person who will feel the pinch... so far, only in Canada.
