Or, look at the Canterbury Tales tales -- "Knight", "Friar", "Nun", "Physician", "Merchant", "Squire" -- assign a number from 1-6 for each of the above professions; roll a dice, and read a book that prominantly features the profession that matches the number rolled on the die; or, for someone wanting a big challenge, read Canterbury Tales.

Nancy | 138 comments I liked the Janus task this challenge, so since March is named for Mars, the God of War, read a book about war.

Family ties - read a book by two different authors in a literary family. Family could be defined as husband-wife (at least at one time), parent-child, or siblings. Or you could expand the definition to grandparents/aunts&uncles/cousins, but that gets more complicated to verify.

Cindy AL (cangelmd) | 645 comments Ooh, I like Deedee's idea - you could expand the definition of some of the professions - like the Knight could be any warrior or soldier, the Squire could be a teenage or younger boy, the Nun could be an unmarried woman, the Priest any religious figure and the Physician and Merchant self-evident, etc, great idea.

Great idea, Deedee!

Katie (katieisallbooked) | 260 comments Read a book that has a prime number of words in the title. Here's a chart: http://www.mathsisfun.com/prime_numbe...

I'm reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time right now and the narrator is obsessed with prime numbers. It has nothing to do with Australia or Spring, but it's on my mind right now. :)

I loved how he used prime numbers to do the chapters in this book!
