Hi!

Okay, so I started a story (link: http://www.goodreads.com/story/show/2... ) and I instantly got writer's block after the first chapter. So I decided to write a flashback but I'm not sure about it. Is it a good idea or is it too early for a flashback?

Thanks :)

I read it and I think a flashback can make it worse or better, depending on what the flashback is of. Also, you have to really get a big understanding of the 'person with the blue eyes' and imagine who and what they are. If you get all the details figured out, that could end your writers block altogether. :) Character development really gives you a lot of ideas. But a flashback from the sight of the eyes would work super well here too. It's up to you :)
