There are two things I like about myself:

I like the fact that I'm a fighter. Sometimes life throws me some very hard knocks, and I feel tired and want to give up, but I don't. Most of the time when I fight for something I want I'll get it. Not all the time, but most of the time. So I like that I have that fighting spirit in me.

Another thing I like about myself is that I'm good at adjusting to my circumstances. When I hope for something and don't get it I don't sit around and dwell on it. I immediately start to think of how I can get what I want in the new situation I've found myself in.

I thought this would be a fun topic because too many times we're our own worse critics, especially us women. We're always telling ourselves we're not good enough, but I think on the odd occasion its good to acknowledge and appreciate our strengths. So what are yours? Care to share?

Michelle Gilmore I know it'll sound silly, but I like that I honestly care about people. I don't mean being a "yes" person, but just involving myself with people from all walks of life, and making an effort to understand where they're coming from. That, and the fact that I laugh at myself before laughing at someone else.

I like that I'm an honest person. I'm honest with myself. I try not to be delusional about things. I like that I'm honest with others. Some people think that I'm a little bit direct but I like that I can express myself.

I like my independent spirit. I just do things for myself. I don't wait for anyone. Can I ask for help? Sure! But I like knowing that I have the power to achieve any goals that I set.

I like that I'm a go getter. I never stop. If I say that I'm going to do something or get achieve a goal, I do. I have had a lot of road blocks in my life. Some I still face and I still manage to get things accomplish.
