Combine and reconcile

A search for title "The State in the Third Millenium" brings up this page: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/72...

but not this page: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/73...

which I found while searching for the cover image from Google. They have different ISBNs but don't seem to differ otherwise. The author's name is presented differently, but it's the same author.

I'm not sure what to do with this because I don't know why they have different ISBNs. Would someone help clean this up? Thanks.

Merged the authors and combined the editions. Since there are two isbns both books should remain.
