My count is a bit off because I've read like 48 romance novels that I'm to embarrassed to list. I hadn't read one in years and now I'm temporarily hooked on the mind candy. Most of them are so cheesy, I laugh throug most of them. I have listed a few that were just really well written with good stories.

I felt the same way. The cover is gorgeous. I had no idea what it was about, and I was confused until it clicked. And that kept it interesting for 10-20 pages. But after that is was brutal trying to force my way through it. I want to know what happens after, but not enough to suffer through the next book.

I am totally the same. Romances are my vice and I feel funny including all that I read. They are like the candy bar or chocolate you hide in your closet and eat on the sly when no one else can see.

I liked Abigail until almost then end of the book when she started making decisions that just didn't make any sense what so ever. The romance and Abigail's job were great as well as the mystery that was going on in the background. The fact that she acknowledges her stupidity in the end sort of makes it human but...at the same time it just seemed that she did it in order for the authors to move the mystery portion of the plot along. I give 3 1/2 stars.
