You know you're a writer if you can't walk through an art musuem without making up a story for every single painting.
If you can't walk through a historic building without writing a story about it later.
If yousit in the empty back row at school just so you can imagine your characters sitting next to you.
If you accidently mention your characters name in conversation like they're a real person and your friend says "who's that" and you say "somebody I made up" instead of something normal (like "my cousin you've never met...who lives in Sweden).
If you see a dude buying a burrito and think "my character would sooo do that!" Idk where that came from it was random, but it happened to me once.
If you follow somebody through the library because you think it's possible they are your character come to life!

It feels like the characters drop like flies in The Many Lives of Clio Sinclair. There are a fair few deaths in T2010NNWTCCT as well, but war and stuff is a huge part of the story, so I do have an excuse.
