That's a more realistic goal, at least. Meh heh.
I'm just hoping to finish the first draft of my book in the next like, two weeks ... And if I'm going to do that I'm going to have to write like a billion words a day. Urgh.
Btw, I'll be able to start reading your novel Friday or Saturday. I'm trying to plow through the psychedelic mess that is Going Bovine, then I'll get to your book.

Okay, cool.
Ahh I love Going Bovine.
Not loving it so far...I hate this main character. I kinda cheered when I found out he was gonna die...that means it's time for some paradigm shifts.

To the author's credit, the voice is fantastic. Not once does she slip out of Cameron's sarcastic tone.In fact, if John Green rewrote the Percy Jackson series, it would read a lot like this.

I'm still that way. I still sorta cringe if there's even a "damn" or "hell." But then I'm like, "Keeeeeep reading."Going Bovine isn't changing my life yet, though.

I don't care the least for swearing, but will skip a looot over a sex scene.
That's how I am these days. Whenever I pick up a book, I ask around to see if there's any sex in it, then give the book to the person who knows and have them tape the pages together.

Exactly.I wanted to read Fifty Shades of Gray before I knew what it was about. When my friend told me, I was like, "Okay...just tape together the naughty pages."
As a joke, he brought it over to my house with two big metal vices clamping it shut.

Bach is sublime on the violin...but on the piano his music is a whole different story :O
