Kevin  (ksprink) | 11469 comments It was a downtown festival here in Kokomo. Thur-Sat was Blue Oyster Cult, Here Comes The Mummies and then Night Ranger. Huge fun crowds about 2 blocks from my daughters house. We walked down and watched band then fireworks. Of course I have a pic
