Add cover image, improve metadata

Hi,

A few requests regarding the following books, which I'm unable to complete myself because I'm too new to goodreads to have the necessary editing powers:

* Combine the following two entries:
From A to A: Keywords of Markup
From A to A: Keywords of Markup

* Add a cover image, which can be taken from the Press's page for the book [direct link to image]

* Alter the title (the second A is supposed to have greater than/less than HTML brackets around it. You can use HTML special characters to add them

Thanks to whoever added the image so quickly!

A note about the title: simply adding brackets around the second A will cause a problem, because the GoodReads site will interpret it as an actual HTML tag. To create an A with greater than/less than symbols around it, one would have to use the HTML special characters. Just add them right around the A so that it looks like:

<A>

You can probably view the source code of this page to see how I did that, and then just copy/paste the code into the title.
