Ahhh...see I knew it was one or the other. But for me I don't need either cause I usually get enough sleep. Unless I drink black tea which is very high in caffeine. I can't eat enough sugar to make me have a high. My mom wont let me.

Yeah, I read a lot to. But usally I'm so into a book that I just don't have time to think that I'm tired. Until I finish the book and its like 2 in the morning.

I had a really bad 'sugar rush' when I got some kind of pill prescribed from the doctor that said they were for poison ivy. They didn't help with the poison ivy at all, but I did have a ton of energy for hours....lol

hahaha. You should see me on a sugar rush..... >.< hehe. I don't need to have much for a sugar rush.... Sugar really does effect me like alcohol... so sometimes a little isn't all that bad and might help wake me up or help me focus on something(but I'll be a little more jumpy and nervous and/or just more hyper), but otherwise I can't focus on just one thing and I start going a bit loopy and feel like I'm loosing my mind.... totally freaky. Then I feel sick. :/ Really annoying. I shouldn't have much sugar..... at all.... but I can't resist!
