I just don't, Savita. Parent's don't care for it, and it rubbed off on me. I've never been impressed by it, and feel no desire at all to go there. And I love travel, I don't mind hot weather(grew up by Vegas).... but I just don't like Texas.

Texas has a lot with the Alamo and what not but other then that not much.

PA has, the signing of the Declaration of independence, the battle of Gettysburg, the Gettysburg address, the liberty bell, It is called the keystone state, the western half was disputed land in the French and Indian war, oh and the city of Philadelphia is here... Need I go on.

Seriously?! I'm so jealous. I went there spring break for an awards ceremony. It was so pretty...I've got tons of pictures from the Sarah Duke Memorial Gardens.

It gets very few hurricanes and those are only on the coast and Duke is nice.

Oh, okay. Because I watched an Extreme Engineering episode where they talked about a bridge they were building out over there.... they were constantly talking about having to make sure it was secure against hurricanes....
Alright, so I might be able to stand NC.... but I just can't stand muggy. And Duke doesn't offer Architecture, I just looked. But I'm not surprised.... not many places do....

okay, let me settle this once and for all: Texas is the best because it was able to survive as its own independent nation for 10 years, has had 6 flags flown over it, is downright HUGE, was home to one of the worst hurricane disasters ever (Galveston), has 3 epic Schlitterbahn water parks, has six flags over texas and hurricane harbor, school gets cancelled if there is even the slightest chance of snow, and last, but not least: I LIVE THERE!!! OWNAGE!!!
