html help

im haveing trouble understanding how to do html for this site. I have tryed doing what the site says but it just doesnt seem to be working. anyone willing to explain better? I have been trying to use pics from photo bucket. I also dont get how people post book pictures if you know what I mean lol.

For photobucket pics, just type this, and put your photobucket image link in the quotes:

[image error]

And to post book links & covers, in the box where you comment on a thread, in the top right it says "add book/author". Just click that and a pop-up will let you search for a book. At the bottom of the pop-up, choose whether you want a link to the book, or the cover.
