Preordered books from B&N

Hi. I preordered a book for my nook color weeks ago. That book is now available in my nook library on pc, but keeps showing up as "preordered" on my nook and I can't read it. Has anyone else experienced this before? Thanks.

I had this problem when I preordered Mockingjay.

I have the classic Nook. I think all I had to do was go to My Library and hit Check for new B&N Content. I may have had to do a hard reset of my Nook. I don't remember which one but it did show up after I did one of the above.

Oh no now I am afraid!!!!! Today my book becomes available and I have had trouble in the past.

Thanks Scot. I did a hard reset, then checked by library for new content, and I was able to read my book!

Don't fret. I woke up in the middle of the night to check for my preordered copy of Shadowfever by Karen Marie Moning. I just did what Scott said and voila! I've been reading it of and on since about 4 am. Good luck =)
