message 105: by Dewi (last edited May 28, 2013 05:17PM) (new)

Dewi Kirana (dewiputrikirana) | 37 comments Me too wanna join the fun :)

Where do I begin?

1. I'm introvert, but have managed to socialize better with people. But still, everyday after meeting other people, I need a moment or two to be alone. The only one I allowed to be near me in this kind of moment is my soulmate ;)

2. I used to talk with people without looking into their eyes. Why? I don't know. It just seems really overwhelming for me. But now I do, after training myself for months.

3. I love ducks! My motto is, duck is friend, not food.

4. I'm an avid reader. Passing a day without reading will make me itching all over.

5. I'm also a writer, and I write to escape from the cruel reality we call life :D

6. I think I'm a balanced person. I was born on the 181th day of the year. I can use logic and feeling alternately with ease. I understand men as well as women. I can read maps but can also multitasking.

7. Therefore, I hate people who think women is inferior than men because we tend to use our feeling instead of our logic.

8. I'm a sucker for everything with a good story. Books, mangas, movies, TV series, games, you name it.

9. I'm a fantasy die-hard fan.

10. And secretly I believe that there are fairies in this world, that trees talk if we listen enough, and that I'm a sorceress hahahaha

Neysa (Papier Revue) (neysakristanti) | 14 comments This is so interesting!
Here's mine :

1. I'm the youngest child of my family.

3. I'm a horror addict! Even my friend can't get it why I love watching Ju-On (Or basically, whatever horror you give to me.)

4. But, contrasting to the above fact, I'll pretty much run away if you give me Saw or something equally gory like that. it's just, blech.

5. It's quite strange that my English is (maybe?) quite decent, but the other member of my family (And by other, I mean ALL of them) can't speak English pretty well. Make me wonder where I get this from -_-

6. Hardcore fans of anything green-tea-flavored! Especially that super-expensive-and-tasty Japanese Matcha KitKat.

7. Love love love sweets.

8. I'm quite great at drawing (Then again, maybe?)

9. Although I'm an avid reader, my biggest dream is to become a fashion-designer.

10. Related to the post above, my forever role model was Sir Alexander McQueen!

ditto. Even for detective novels

message 117: by Femmy (new)

Femmy | 301 comments Wow, I can never do that. Knowing the ending would ruin the story for me. I like to be kept guessing. Sometimes I flip to the end to see the total number of pages and a crucial information is printed right there on that last page, and then I'll fret for the rest of reading that book.

7. I love to write. I love to call myself a writer. I write in my blog (www.sarasvvati.tumblr.com in case you wanna visit), I write diary, therefore I'm a writer. If I write books, I would call myself an author.

Natasya Ayomi | 39 comments I'm jumping on this bandwagon! So here's my randoms :D

1. I'm quiet and generally a socially awkward person. I don't really know how to talk to people so most of the time I just stay quiet. Which is why I'm pretty sure people think I'm snobby. Though at the same time I'm capable of talking your ears off if you can get me to talk.

2. I'm born and raised in Jakarta. But thanks to my brother who isn't all that fluent in Indonesian/Bahasa, I'm starting to get uncomfortable with using Indonesian/Bahasa and prefer using English.

3. I have a problem when it comes to buying books. I. JUST. CAN'T. STOP! I'll spend most of my money on books, instead of clothes, shoes and other things that girls usually spend their money on.

4. I have an unhealthy Les Miserables obsession (both book and musical). Yeah, I'm that crazy girl who watched the 2012 Les Mis movie in theater countless times while singing along and crying every single time.

5. I love musicals and showtunes. It's definitely my dream to be on a Broadway or West End stage. But sadly, I can't sing. Or not well, anyway. But for now I'm perfectly happy fangirling over musicals and their blessedly talented leading men and women.

6. Despite the fact I mostly read YA, the first English book I ever read was Pride and Prejudice and it confuses the hell out of me at the time. Please forgive me, I'm only in middle school then. But that sorta kicked in my love of classic literature.

7. I LOVE MYTHOLOGY! Greek, Norse, Egyptian, Arthurian, you named it!

8. I watch too much TV shows. My favorites include Merlin, Sherlock, Game of Thrones (the red wedding, omg I still cry over that), Hannibal, Smash (all the Broadway stars!) and of course Doctor Who.

9. I love lending people my books. But I hate borrowing other people's books. I just have the need to buy my own copy!

10. I'm technologically challenged. So yeah, me and technology do not get along so well.

I don't get Twitter either. The mechanism confuses me. And I really hate reading tweets that only contain hashtags and mentions.
