If it's Callisto, which is my plan for it, her brother drags her to a doctor who tells her "blahblahblah a certain amount of time to live".
THEN SHE COMES BACK AND IS ALL MOOPY AND YOU LOVES CAN DECIDE IF SHE DIES OR NOT.
