Appetizer - bruschetta, and/or cheese board
Salad - Personally, I go with Caesar normally, but, from looking over the others, salade nicoise seems nice.
And if you want fish, salmon.
Pasta - ravioli. Simple, but I've made something similar to this, and it's fantastic.
