If it is, then after you download iTunes, open it up and go to "File." Then go to "Sync [iPod name]."

Is the other iTunes connected to the server? If so, go to "Edit" then "Preferences" then "Advanced" then it should say "iTunes Media Location. Click "Change" and go to the music section of the home server.
