Grrr at those two Harlequin books, they won't work. I've mentioned it on the FB page a few times and they (Harlequin) and other random people keep on telling me to get Adobe Digital editions. I HAVE it, I keep on saying I have it and they keep on telling me to get it. So frustrating.

I got them working now. I had saved them the first time. So I went back and re-downloaded them and clicked open rather then save. Lol why it took me so long to try that I dunno.

I haven't had issues with saving the file from Harlequin in the past. Grr. But hey all is well now.

Yeah, I won a free book for Nook and I only have Nook on PC. I've gotten other books to download just fine, but not this one. It kept going to my Adobe Digital and not my Nook...but wouldn't open. Of course, that made me really, really want to read it. Still. I haven't read it yet. I should try, now that I have a new computer. (That may be the reason.) However, I wasn't able to do a review. Total frustration!

Lisa Kay, there's a way to change what application is used to open a book. Frequently problems like this are from the wrong application being attached to the book. I'm not sure how it works on a PC, but on the Mac if I click on an epub file and choose "get info" from the file menu, it shows options. Double clicking on the file also brings up the options.

You and me both, before Goodreads I hadn't actually read any erotica. Other then some very hot an steamy scenes in my romance books. Goodreads is bad (but oh so good) influence. :P

This is a more modern cover for Jezebel's Blues and the author is Barbara Samuel. I guess Ruth Wind was a psuedonym for her. I just finished this book and it was very good. I've read other Barbara Samuel books under the Ruth Wind name and liked them alot.

Same here, after Twilight I read all of Nicholas Sparks and thought they'd all be like in his books, then I read BDB and messaged my friend and told her she needed to read them :-)
