Welcome to the Group
That's funny Lisa! It could have been our program or the Randolph school which is for autism. Let me know!
Welcome Lisa! We used to meet at Borders in Braintree...that is of course until they started their liquidation sale and closed the cafe. :(
Hope to see you at our October meeting!

My name is Jason, I'm an author here in Massachusetts and was just looking around at the groups that are in Mass to possibly connect with readers. So, happy to be here!

Hi Perri, welcome to the group! I don't know about the author event-can you give us the details?

Welcome Carolyn and Donna! Hopefully you guys can join us for one of our upcoming meetings. Please feel free to come even if you haven't finished the book (there is bound to be at least one of us that hasn't finished either!) Hope to see you soon!

My name is Kendra and I am currently living in Weymouth. I was really excited to find this group not only because you meet in person (I will TRY to come to at least one meeting in the near future I hope!) but also because you are currently reading Me Before You which I just finished and absolutely loved!
I am a local high school English teacher, recently married, and am looking forward to discussing great books!
Welcome to the group Kendra! If you're not able to join us this month for "Me Before You" you can always post your thoughts in the book club discussion thread here. Hopefully you'll be able to join us in person soon!
Hi Kendra and Donna! Welcome to the group! I hope to meet you sometime soon. As Joanie said, feel free to jump into or start discussions online here in this group as well!

You're close enough. :) Besides there are people in this group who live on Cape Cod , in metro west and on the north shore.
Welcome!!

Hi Cindy! Welcome! The group is still active!
Some of us meet once a month to discuss a book at a local restaurant. Our next meeting is the last Sunday of July where we will be discussing The Spectacular Now. Even if you can't attend a meeting, feel free to join or start a discussion here on the group page.

Hi Lauren, welcome!
There's a post on the discussion board here where people can make suggestions of books we could read.
Then at our meetings we decide what book(s) to read for the next month or 2. We generally decide just by discussing.
