Jenn P"s 50+ challenge for 2011

We like alot of same books, we also read a lot of same books this year! I have trouble keeping up with non fiction too, i'd rather get lost in fantasy-fiction land.

Haven't read Michael Connelly yet, but Lincoln Lawyer is downloaded on my nook. How did you like it?

I loved it. I listened to it and was completely gripped. I wanted to read it before the movie came out. I think the movie was alright, They shouldn't have chosen Ryan Phillipe, but everyone else they chose was pretty good. I have the others in the series on my "To Read" List and hope to get to them soon. I have heard his other series is good too.

71)Prey by Michael Crichton - it's been a long time since I've picked up a Crichton book and this one was on sale for the Nook, so I thought I'd give it a try. I hope it's a good one!!!

77)The Stupidest Angel: A Heartwarming Tale of Christmas Terror by Christopher Moore - Thought I would squeeze in a holiday story, but I thought I would go with something a little unusual. What a a weird, crazy, and frickin' hilarious story. I'm almost done, but if you need a good laugh these holidays like I did, check this one out.

Thanks!! It's been a good year for reading. So many good books to choose from. Congrats to you too for making it to 50 this year!!!! It's not easy. I don't think I would make it if I didn't throw in a few short novels every now and then, plus listening to books not only helps me stay sane in my car, but also gives me more reading time that I wouldn't normally have. Cheers to 2012!!!
