The other night I was traumatised by a really bad dream.

I dreamt that I woke up to find a hoard of white mice munching at crumbs that had fallen to the floor of our bedroom after me and my husband spent the night eating in bed. I shooed them away and they scattered, but then a really massive, black gutter rat appeared -- and I mean really massive -- and it stood up on its hind legs, placed its fore legs on the bed (and of course this was on my side) and stared at me. I used a cushion to shoo it away and that bastard would not budge!

I woke up screaming and could not go back to sleep. It was really awful. I positively HATE rodents, esp mice and rats. Looking back at it, its a little funny now, but boy it still gives me chills just thinking about it.

I'm still too embarrassed to tell my husband because I know he'd just laugh at me (as I'm sure you ladies are bound to do as well! LOL)

Lol. I really don't mean to laugh b/c mice are one of my phobias. I can't deal with it. I can't imagine what that felt like. Was you eating in your bedroom? I'm just thinking maybe your subconscious was telling you that you shouldn't do that. Lol

We had chinese take out that night and were too lazy to clean up so that could have been it ... *shudder*

Anyway, I just had to tell somebody about this weird ass dream since to tell my family would mean living the rest of my days not being able to live it down.

Aha! You're mind was guilty. LOL. Good thing you don't have any critters. That's one of the main reasons I'm scared of animals. I always said what if I roll over in the middle of the night and open my eyes to see the furry creature there. You know? Like dogs and cats. Yikes!

I have this recurring dream of returning to a dilapidated building and I am always inside a bathroom.

Weird!
