Where do you call home?
Right now I live in Bangkok, Thailand - last year it was Hong Kong. Originally from the states and "Jane" travels with me on every move...Books, Movies and magazines - I couldn't live in Asia with out her!!

I too am in Wilmington, North Carolina USA by way of Brick Township, New Jersey. I am Jersey born and raised. Jane and her novels are never far from my possession!
I'm in Fresno, California, but I love all things BBC. Haha.
I'm originally from a small town in southeastern Pennsylvania, but I call Los Angeles home now.

No, unfortunately I'm in Fresno. I wish I was on the coast though, haha. It's so pretty there.

Right now, home is Cincinnati, Ohio in the US. This summer home is going to be Belize and then Indonesia!
Hi everyone: I live in Victoria, British Columbia, which is the capital city and located on Vancouver Island. We have a lot of cruise ships stop here on their way to and from Alaska, and our city is called The City of Gardens.
No, but I used to live in Kanawha County WV. :)

That's so cool Robin. I felt like I was the only one whose lives in a state with a weird name.
What's weird about it. I know most mainlanders don't know how to pronounce some words, but it is home to me. We call mainlanders the people who populate the contiguous 48 states.

We called the contiguous states the Lower 48, or Outside. As in, "I'm going Outside for Christmas this year." And Hawaii holds a special place in Alaskans' heart, as it's where we all escaped to at the end of February!
Now living in the 'burbs of The Mistake by the Lake, Cleveland, Ohio. As a girl who grew up in Oregon and then lived in Alaska for almost 20 years, I'm still amazed how much I like Cleveland. A remarkable amount of greenspace and parkland here.
going outside, sounds nice. I liked the vibes of Cleveland when we went to visit my sister-in-law when she lived there in the 90's. We got on a train and went to downtown Cleveland, even went into a store with a revolving door, it was rather nice, the name of the store was Higbees.BTW I know Northern Exposure is nothing like the portrayal of Alaskans, but being of Native American Descent, I loved that series.
Higbees has since closed, alas. The building will soon be a casino, so at least it won't be vacant any longer. Downtown Cleveland has taken a beating in the current economy, but it's coming back a little at a time.
Oh, I am saddened about Higbee's. They are going to use the building as a casino? Most of the shops in Kailua are shuttered as well, due to the high rent, and less foot traffic as far as the developers envisioned Kailua to become. Higbee's to me exemplified what a real department should be. They do have the Rock and Roll Museum housed there in Cleveland, right?

We are getting a large convention center downtown, so maybe that will bring back business to the downtown area.
Yes, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is here in Cleveland. It's pretty cool to visit, though a bit spendy so I've only been a couple times.

Kauai is a beautiful island, all of the islands are all gorgeous and beautiful to me. When we went on vacation before returning to school we had to go to the Big Island, and that is how Hawaii should be, very green and lush, and seeing the volcano was nice, also. Now that it is May the Keck Observatory on Mauna Kea is still blanketed in snow. So we do have snow in Hawaii. Just on Mauna Kea.
Adalie, can you hear the screaming from your house? I love Cedar Point but I haven't been there in years. Now that our boys are older (and taller) we hope to get there sometime this summer.
