Where do you call home?

I'm in Fresno, California, but I love all things BBC. Haha.

Santa Clarita, which is about 20 mins north of LA (home of Six Flags)
Oh, I hear it's nice there. I'm about three or four hours from there.

nice! are you on the coast?
No, unfortunately I'm in Fresno. I wish I was on the coast though, haha. It's so pretty there.

ohh fresno. it get's HOT there during the summer. haha
well if you're ever down in my area, let me know! :)
Serenella, why the move? That's a pretty big change.

It is indeed, but you know family. They are here, so I am too.
I'm from Tampa Florida. But Marietta, Geaorgia has been my home now for about 19 years now. I love it here! :)

What is? :)"
England. ;) Gotta love their scenery...besides, whoever read a JA story set in NE?

Cool! I'm glad you had a great time...that's always a good thing when book shopping. :)

Robin, I know what you mean. I lived in Alaska for a long time, and people always acted like it was weird.
We called the contiguous states the Lower 48, or Outside. As in, "I'm going Outside for Christmas this year." And Hawaii holds a special place in Alaskans' heart, as it's where we all escaped to at the end of February!
Now living in the 'burbs of The Mistake by the Lake, Cleveland, Ohio. As a girl who grew up in Oregon and then lived in Alaska for almost 20 years, I'm still amazed how much I like Cleveland. A remarkable amount of greenspace and parkland here.

Higbees was really special, but the times have moved on without them. We are getting a large convention center downtown, so maybe that will bring back business to the downtown area.
Yes, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is here in Cleveland. It's pretty cool to visit, though a bit spendy so I've only been a couple times.

Robin - when APEC came to my city (Sydney) in 2008 I cleared out and had a lovely weekend in South Australia eating in nice restaurants and wine-tasting. It was a wonderful excuse for a long weekend!

My Hawaii experience was limited to Kauai, which we loved very dearly and returned to several times.

You are probably my closest neighboring member, what with me being on the West Side of Cleveland's suburbs!
