I'm currently reading Children Of The Flower Power, because the author is a friend and I am helping her edit.
I just finished The Superiors, which was written by another friend.

Now, during the small amount of downtime I have... I am reading Shiver (The Wolves of Mercy Falls, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, #1) by George R.R. Martin The Lost Hero (The Heroes of Olympus, #1) by Rick Riordan and I Am Number Four (Lorien Legacies #1) by Pittacus Lore

So far, out of the ones for downtime... my favorite is The Game of Thrones. I'm having a hard time getting into I am number four (I loved the movie though), and having trouble finishing both Shiver and The Lost Hero...

I want to read A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, #1) by George R.R. Martin , but currently reading Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, #3) by Suzanne Collins . I am about in the half of book or even more. I have read I Am Number Four (Lorien Legacies #1) by Pittacus Lore sometime in the spring and I just could not get through it, you know. I felt, ok, fantasy it suppose to be - a boy tryin to blend in. But there is not much fantasy in it.. you know what I mean? I say, just finish the book and keep going, believe me, it won't last forever. I so not gonna but The Power of Six (Lorien Legacies #2) by Pittacus Lore and the third book I Am Number Four The Lost Files Six's Legacy by Pittacus Lore , because I did not like the first... I mean, it IS good, but not that much... I have heard the movie is bad as well.,

Where it says add book/author at the top of the comment box, when you bring that pop-up up, there is a choice at the bottom to link to the book or put in a cover. HTH

Karen M Helen wrote: "BUt its been out ages, surely you've read it and seen at least the first film? I sobbed."

I held off seeing the movie, my brother has the DVD set and I can borrow it whenever I want. I rather read the book and then see the movie, especially with HP since the movies haven't been exactly the same as the books.

Cate (The Professional Fangirl) (chaostheory08) | 199 comments I just finished Freeze by Daniel Pyle and here's my review: http://wp.me/p1CKWU-7a

Having just come back from the midnight screening of the Deathly Hallows Part 2 - can I suggest you all take your hankies.

It was rather brilliant - although I'm not sure about the Voldermort song and dance routine!! (you'll understand when you see it)

message 724: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (s_lowe) I have started to read three books at once, which is something I NEVER have done before (usually I am loyal to one book at a time). They are Slaughterhouse-Five, Four Souls, and Cloak of Magic.
I love Louise Erdich and Fleur Pillager is one of my favorite charactors but I am finding this one a bit dry. Tracks was more engaging for me. Has anyone else read Four Souls? What did you think of it?
