First time challenge suggestions

I'm new to the challenge group, so I'm wondering, for a first time challenger, what is the best challenge you recommend I start out with?

Also a first time challenger, I chose to aim for 30 books for the next year since I'm so busy. It really depends on what you feel you can accomplish. I've seen types that say "I'm going to read _ romance novels, _ sci fi novels, etc" and ones that just say "I want to read _ books this upcoming year." =) It is completely up to you.

I think there are also some challenges that you can join that are premade, just not sure where those are. ^^
