I'm a day early, but I wanted to get my thread started. Looking forward to the challenge again this year! (I succeeded plus some back in 2009.)

1. Best Enemies Forever - Kathleen LeverichI didn't intend my first finished book to be a kids' book, but I finished this with my reading class today, so I'll take it.

3. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader - CS LewisIt's a re-read, but I saw the movie recently and wanted to compare it to the book with fresh eyes.
5. Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - J.R.R. TolkienThis was a re-read, but I'm glad I went back to it. I noticed so much more on the second go. I'm going to reread the others this year, too, but I don't know that I will right away.
