I really liked this part of the book. The different actresses and how they influenced things. I didn't know Colleen Moore (she was born a few hours from me! :) ), but I know and like Clara Bow and Louise Brooks, but didn't know anything about them themselves. What interesting/difficult lives they had.

I liked the conclusion a lot, telling how all the different 'characters' lives changed after the stock market crash and the war. I had no idea Coco Chanel had an affair with a Nazi officer.
