I haven't been on for the past couple of weeks. And while part of it was the whole Christmas holidays and such, another part of it was dealing with some health issues that my husband is having. I hope to be on a little more regularly now, and getting to know all of you so much better!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday break! And he is doing a lot better, thank you. He was hospitalized over the past week for super high blood sugar (almost coma numbers) and was diagnosed with diabetes. We are working on getting it under control so that life can return back to nearly normal (well, normal for us, anyway). His numbers are now consistently in the mid to high 100s and low to mid 200s.

Oh, and I went ahead and ordered a mug. I couldn't help myself! I love drinking my morning and afternoon coffee out of it! Especially when I am browsing around Goodreads and Barnes & Noble. :)
