You could write on other people's hands! Not that that's creepy or anything...

Psh, every day is an adventure in Juliet-land.

message 260: by Autumn (new)

Autumn (flwurautumn) | 4987 comments I should visit.

You certainly don't want to. Juliet-land is in my head and my head is an awfully scary and confusing place.

message 262: by Autumn (new)

Autumn (flwurautumn) | 4987 comments Hmm. So is mine, though.

Natasha (ar y ffin) (Natasha_ar_y_ffin) I write on paper and then transfer it to the computer. It takes longer, but I can edit what I wrote as I type. I love the fact that when I write, I use different color pens each time that I pick up the pen after I stop, so that I know how much I wrote at a particular point in the day. If that makes any sense. It does to me, but I'm not sure if that makes sense to anyone else.

Oh, that sounds cool. My cousin writes times and dates on everything she writes. I'm too lazy to do that. XD

Maria [the clockwork creeps on useless lives] (mariachhile) | 8772 comments Mod
I just get hand cramps if I do that. *shrug*

Hand cramps?

Maria [the clockwork creeps on useless lives] (mariachhile) | 8772 comments Mod
That was to Natasha (I didn't see your post, sneaky lady.) If I handwrite it I do.

message 276: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Ooooh. I was going to say... it's not that much more work to add the dates.

I weave words in my hair. I use punctuation as hair pins and letters as ponytails.

(If you catch the reference, I love you.)

message 282: by Luna (new)

Luna (goodreadscombird) | 61 comments I usually write on the computer in front of the TV with E on in a fuzzy blanket with peppermint tea. :) That's a lazy day.
Sometimes I'll go outside and bike around with a note book. Ideas come better to me when I'm outside.

message 283: by JMZ (new)

JMZ I use the old-fashioned method of a notebook and nicely sharped pencil with the music in my Ipod as inspiration.

I write on my old desktop. And I have to be using Notepad, otherwise it just won't work. Otherwise I'll often jot down notes that I never read again in a small little sketch book while at school. Helps me solidify some ideas.

Maria [the clockwork creeps on useless lives] (mariachhile) | 8772 comments Mod
I have gone back to writing some things on a notebook outside. Sometimes it helps better than trapping myself in a dark room.

message 288: by Ingrid (new)

Ingrid Underneath my window, is a small roof. Five by four maybe. I crawl out the window, lay a blanket on the ledge, and sit there and write in my notebook.
Either that or on the floor of my bedroom.

I like writing in the dark. It's like there are no other distractions and I can concentrate on it better.

Same here! And then I carry my special notebooks around everywhere and it just makes me happy.

The one I got for the Manic Pixie Dream Girl story has this black and white picture of a girl sitting somewhere, knee down, and she has a bandaid on her knee and then rollerskates and the rollerskates are pink. I adore it.
