My brother and sister both love that film, so I've seen it lots. It's quite amusing.

message 56: by Susannah (new)

Susannah | 6 comments I usually write on the computer. Pens can't keep up with my thoughts. (I'm a fast typer XD)

I'm a fast typer too. It was a requirment in my VET class, Business, to be able to touch type at a certain rate with a certain accuracy. Does wonders for story typing.

message 58: by Molverine (new)

Molverine (deatheateregg) Since I share my laptop with my two sisters and can't take it to school, I normally write in notebooks. It gives me a chance to edit it later, too. I'm extremely lazy, so after I write something I don't normally go back and fix it until I type it up, then I edit it so you don't have to deal with my lack of brain power. Because, in all truth, I write at one in the morning.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments I write in notebooks usually - then edit it and put it on the computer. And when I write in notebooks it's usually when my parents drag me along to visit friends and they're talking about all their boring grown-up things and I write.

message 60: by [deleted user] (new)

I've taken to writing poetry on notes with my iPod Touch, because most of my inspiration tends to come at a time when I have no computer access :/

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments All of my inspiration comes when I don't have WRITING acess. RAWR.

message 62: by Ellen (new)

Ellen (ellenpenleysmith) That is very grrr. Sometimes I use my phone or iPod to jot things down, though.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments Cool. I text my story on my phone sometimes. But usually I don't have that either.

Maria [the clockwork creeps on useless lives] (mariachhile) | 8772 comments Mod
I've begun to write more on paper and less on the computer, because I've started to write more poems and those are easier to just write on paper.

Yes! Paper poems!

Agreed. Also, to my mind, they just seem more...meaningful, I guess, on paper.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments I kind of get it.....Because paper is poetic and computers are not???? Sorry.

message 68: by tesni (new)

tesni (akhmatova) | 5031 comments To my mind poems just seem more vivid and raw in the first instance, on paper, than when (if?) they're typed up on a computer screen and all the letters look the same, is all.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments Ooh. That makes sense.....

message 75: by GSGS (new)

GSGS | 68 comments I write on my laptop mostly but I'll write down thoughts and stuff in my notebook so that I remember it later on and so I don't have to turn my slooow laptop on and wait for it to load and...

message 79: by Isaac (new)

Isaac | 8014 comments My notebook at school is named Carlise.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments I named my violin Vedika. And my best friend and I named the tip of my pencil Bob. We're obsessed with the name Bob. :P

message 81: by Isaac (new)

Isaac | 8014 comments I'm still trying to come up with a name for my trumpet.

message 82: by tesni (last edited Jan 17, 2011 08:59AM) (new)

tesni (akhmatova) | 5031 comments My classical guitar's called Sandy. My double bass is still un-named, because he's rented and I don't want to get too attatched to him lest one day I end up switching to another or some such.

message 83: by Isaac (new)

Isaac | 8014 comments I have a rented trumpet, but I'm not planning to get rid of it anytime soon.

Jordan, The Picture Magician (aka Probie) (thepicturemagicianakaprobie) | 2218 comments i named my writing computer Nick-Nack, because the screen is so small(its literally like ten inches.).

message 85: by tesni (new)

tesni (akhmatova) | 5031 comments Emily Zepik Fompledump wrote: "I have a rented trumpet, but I'm not planning to get rid of it anytime soon."

I think my parents are hoping I might give it up and just stick to the guitar. They're always making jokes about what a nuisance it is to transport from here to here, but I wonder if there's actually a serious undertone to their alleged lightheartedness.

I'm so paranoid.
*facepalm*

Maria [the clockwork creeps on useless lives] (mariachhile) | 8772 comments Mod
I often write sentences in my head over and over again then transfer them onto paper once I get home. :D

message 89: by [deleted user] (new)

I often wish for an iPod touch for the sole purpose of the "notes" dohicky.

Maria [the clockwork creeps on useless lives] (mariachhile) | 8772 comments Mod
Ooh yes. I have recently started writing things there. Unfortunately, my iPod often stays at home.

message 91: by [deleted user] (new)

My iPod rarely stays at home. But she's a classic, so...

I love Tally anyway, though.

Shreya=Drastically Random. Find the emoticon. | 1078 comments I don't have an ipod. Sad. I sometimes text stories on my phone. :P

They are pretty amazing. I kind of just remembered about their notes qualities.

Hehe. I remember when I first talked to Cara on here she said she wrote stuff on her iPod and I was like "Is that girl craaazy?" then I tried it and saw it's allure.
