I totally agree. It is quite grey here at the moment and not very warm, so the rain could be heading our way.

The dog has stopped pestering me to go outside and play ball with him now at least, he hates getting wet. Alain gave him a shower the other day and he sulked for the rest of the night!
Right well I'm off to have a shower, you have a nice weekend and have a nice time at the heavy metal concert this evening! And I'll talk to you on Monday!
Darkangel wrote: "Oh that would be lovely - thank you."Okay I'll do my best, Alain is probably going to play palets tomorrow afternoon and hopefully he'll take Sophie and the dog with him! Leaving me in peace!
I haven't started with changing things on my story, she gave me until the 30th but I'm afraid that i'll still have somthing to fix... Anyway, need to start reading on how to do formating, I miss read the message from Emme and she actually said ahe is rubbish at it. so... better get cracking

Morning
I don't like Dropbox it's on a server I can't control I use an external hard drive to save my stuff
I am trying to found out how old a child has to be before they can get published on their own.I am doing this because my daughter wants to be like mommy now but she is only 8 years old and so far she can't till she is like 16 and she does not want to wait that long

Alain said his mum and the little doggie were cuddled up on the sofa when he left. I thik the little ball of fluff will sleep in her bed tonight. He is king of the house! I will post his photo later!
My story is back with Emme now! Formatting is a pain! I must learn how too as well!
Trisha wrote: "I guess I am alone this morning"Sorry Trisha Darkangel is off this afternoon and I have been chasing around Brittany in search of a new companion for Alain's mum. A yorkshire called Hugo, he is 4 months old and adorable, tonight he will probably be the happiest doggy in Brittany and sleep in bed with mother! I see the smile returning to her face that's been missing since her faithfull companion had to be put to sleep a month ago. Alain say's I did the right thing insisting we get her a new friend!
Hey, i was just about to go to my bed! Had one of stu's friends from school over after school and im exausted! I really want to get a scootie, but we have to get abigger house first. right, night night. Hope you have a good weekend

If you as her mother back her I don't think there is a limit - except for the limit of her ability. The youngest here in France was 9 or 10 I believe! So encourage her, she is the future of writing!
Don't do to her what my father did to me, ridiculed my fixation and he refused to let me go to college to become a journalist on the grounds I was a girl, because they marry, get pregnant and leave work. He saw it as a waste of money and training!

He looks bigger than he is because he has a big hairdo! Night night talk to you tomorrow perhaps!

Dropbox is one of the safest forms of storage. You can access it from anywhere in the world, your documents are always secure, if you had a fire in your house you would loose all your birth certificates and so on and so forth if you scan these into your computer and transfer them to Dropbox you have back up your photos everything you cherish is safe in cyberspace! The only problem I have had is remembering my damn password! It wouldn't let me into my own account because I had changed computer!

It's fine
Sarah wrote: "Trisha wrote: "I am trying to found out how old a child has to be before they can get published on their own.I am doing this because my daughter wants to be like mommy now but she is only 8 years ..."
Oh I told her to keep writing til I can find a away to get her published
Trisha wrote: "Sarah wrote: "Trisha wrote: "I am trying to found out how old a child has to be before they can get published on their own.I am doing this because my daughter wants to be like mommy now but she is..."
I think it depends on the quality of writing, how advanced is she? You can self publish in a joint venture on Amazon Mother/daughter, ask! Asking cost nothing but a little time and effort!
Sophie writes, okay It is not up to publishing standards but I prefer her to be writing than playing compter games! I help out but she writes in French, the grammar is hard, spelling no problem but the French language is one of the hardest to learn, because of all the verb conjugasions (sorry that may be a french word) I am tired and I think in French and write in english!
Morning TrishaHow goes it today? Sophie fell off the horse this morning, the saddle slipped. She has a bruise on her hip and it winded her a little other than that she's fine.
Trisha wrote: "Just got up so far its good I am sorry she fell I am glad she is ok I hope she still wants to ride"
Yes she got straight back on, she had a nice hot bath and I rubbed her with Arnica cream to bring out the bruising and green lipped mussel cream for her aches and pains!
Trisha wrote: "That's good to hear"Morning ladies, How's life with you? Well it's official I gained a dog, mother says she's tired - we may as well prepare for the worse now. She has, I think, decided it's her time!
Alain will fall apart if that happens. Lucky me! Sophie's fine still a bit tender to the touch but the bruising hasn't come out despite the Arnica!
Morning,That does not sound like it's good news. Poor Sophie, at least she go straight back on the horse. I had such a tiring weekend and got completely soaked when I went shopping yesterday. The rain is unfortunately still with us and in for the long term I think.

It's dry here for now but very windy, it rained most of the night, off and on.
No, I know Alain is worried, but other than have her committed what can we do? I think she's given up, we both thought the puppy would be a good idea. give her something to care about again, maybe if we can get her through the winter she will change her mind about Hugo, lol he should be housetrained by then! Little bugger is as stubborn as a mule, he's had his face in more puddles and pooh since Saturday you'd have thought he'd get the message, but apparently he thinks he's in charge!
I got news for him he's got Bob Hope of getting the better of me!
On a lighter note Jo isn't pregnant thank goodness, although she said they were okay about it I don't think she really wants to go through it again. If it's made her broody again she will be pregnant before Christmas.
I am jst finishing chapter 35, I didn't get much writing done with puppy training!
Darkangel wrote: "That's ok. I did absolutely no writing at all. Loved the pics by the way."I almost finished 35. Sophie looks all grown up in her riding gear, not sure she'll ever make the Olympics though, she started too late! Her friend Laura has been riding for over 3 years!
Darkangel wrote: "Anything is possible if she puts her mind to it."Well she's stubborn enough as long as she remembers not to fall off again! She has to make a cake for the teacher, club rules first to fall off makes Berengere a cake! An yes, I know it will be me doing the baking! I might make some cup cakes and ice them up as horses, there are about 10 in her class!
Darkangel wrote: "How sweet and what a fantastic idea. She wont be falling off again in a hurry."I hope not? I'm going to make another cup of coffee I think and put the dog outside for a wee, he's too ickle to escape the garden so I can shut the door and let him wander around. I'm going to put the fire on too cos my hands are cold!
Hey girls! Sorry i'm not going to be around much this week. I have my mum and father in law. Very hectic!Hope everything is good with yous two!
Eva wrote: "Hey girls! Sorry i'm not going to be around much this week. I have my mum and father in law. Very hectic!Hope everything is good with yous two!"
Yes fine, you have fun, hope its warmer with you than it is here, Autumn has well and truly arrived!
we are about 27 degrees, kind of wish it would cool down a bit...not meant to be sweating in september!
Darkangel wrote: "I had the fire on yesterday as well.Morning Eva."
Puppy has been outside don't for one minute think he did was he was supposed too! He has now decided to pull the cover off the sofa! Eclair never did stuff like that! He's quite a character! Chapter 35 is winging it's way to you as I type!
Eva wrote: "we are about 27 degrees, kind of wish it would cool down a bit...not meant to be sweating in september!"Well 27 degrees is better than 30+ that I can stand, just at least I know to take my hols in Spain I need to go in the Autumn or spring!
Darkangel wrote: "Excellent will read at lunchtime, very hectic her in the office of hell again!"Okay well I'm going to risk putting my washing out later, and doing the breakfast pots and maybe having a quick shower. The dog just came to me to let him out, maybe the penny's dropped!
Almost forgot Mrs Robinson called to say she is in the Cote D'amour with yet another man, this one's 67, a divorcee he's trying to find her a new job nearby and a place for her to rent. She assumed he would take her to live with him directly.
Darkangel wrote: "OH dear, she doesn't appear to change does she?"Nah, like I said more than once 'you can't keep a good tart down'! And yes the line will go in the book she is busy drawing comic strip characters for the cover of Growing Old disgracefully, she is well pleased with all the praise I heaped on her on the website too!
Darkangel wrote: "Excellent."She'll be back in Seglien Thursday or Friday so I will pop over with my mp3 and record some of her antics for posterity!
Darkangel wrote: "LOL - I look forward to seeing them ;o)"Me too!
The puppy just frightened me to death when he barked, thinks he's a flippin rotweiler!
