Darkangel wrote: "I'm a private Medical PA for 2 eye surgeons."Oh ok I was thinking you work for a dr of some kind
Thankfully they don't get to see me, they only have to talk to me on the phone, unless of course it is someone famous, then my consultant calls me up to the room so that I get to meet them ;o)
Trisha wrote: "Cool"Yeah she has all the luck...Sean Bean....Sighs dreamily a bit long in the tooth now but I'm sure his bum is as sexy as ever!
Sorry I got carried away there, okay I read through all chapters and I found no gaffs, I changed a few bits and added a bit to the end of chapter 3 I'll send it through now.
Darkangel wrote: "Got it now, just finishing the tape I am doing."By now youv'e read it and are on your way home! Or reading it on the train.
I am starting to think I may need a break. I am starting to get really angry at one of my characters

Lol yes I think you'd better before he or she comes to a sticky end!
Darkangel wrote: "Nope, just sent it back to you ;o)"Oh okay, I was printing the first of the queries to go out to agents Curtis Brown in London. They are open to new authors and are a well known Agency!
Darkangel wrote: "Morning all"Morning
Thanks for sending that back I have been through and changed the bits I missed. How does this sound:-
And what of Sammi and Chase? Will love conquer all for Cassie and Driscoll? Cupid may find himself a tad overstretched with Dominant Constable Peter Bates and Helen. Will she ever get off her knees?
Eva wrote: "Morning!"Morning Eva, Did you get the full 3 chapters and Synopsis I sent you through yesterday?
Oh, I haven't had a look yet, seen the good news! I'll have a looksie. Bet you are well exited! I take it that HOD has been pushed aside.
That sounds fine Sarah. Do you know what, even though I have read the first 3 chapters etc about 3 times, i still keep laughing and wiping the tears away (tears of laughter)
Eva wrote: "Oh, I haven't had a look yet, seen the good news! I'll have a looksie. Bet you are well exited! I take it that HOD has been pushed aside."No I am going to go back to it as soon as I have sent out all the queries to Agents and if necessary publishers. One letter will cover them all I'll just change the name and address for each and then print out the synopsis and first three chapters- I may have to do another couple of chapters as they sometimes ask for 10,000 words.

would the agents accept that you haven't finished it yet?
Darkangel wrote: "That sounds fine Sarah. I read a few lines out to a French friend and she said get the bugger finished and sell it to France to this time!
She said and I quote "it would make up for the lack of excitement between the sheets at home!" and where do I go to buy the spray?
Okay ladies well I'm skiving off now and heading for Decathlon, I will leave there minus lots of euros but with one happy equestrian!Lunch at her favourite restaurant, is in order too I think - either the Pizza place or Mc Donalds I personally prefer the pizza place it's more civilised!

Yes, I think so after all its not as if I come empty handed they can have Light the Seventh Candle immediately and HOD a couple of months later and then the big one!
Not too bad thanks, a little busy here in the office, hopefully will be sorted by this afternoon. How are you?
I never get time like that - hence I get naughty sometimes and write here when I should be working ;o)

Hello Trisha,Darkangel,
Phew, Sophie certainly knows how to spend my money!
Jodphurs, brushes and stuff with a special box, riding hat, gloves, 3 new fleecy jumpers, new swimming costume and goggles, that's for swimming lessons on Tuesday!
Alain got a late birthday present - I thought I was buying 2 doors but he bought them himself so I bought him a new pair of trousers for hunting and a camouflage T Shirt!
The only person who didn't get anything was me unless you count the grapefruit liqueur to make kir with and a toblerone!
Only the boots to get now, the boots were too high in the leg, she takes a size 39/40 metric which is about a size 6 the same size as me and she is solid, one boot was ok though far to high behind her knee but the other wouldn't go up her leg!
We had lunch at KFC she'd never tried KFC before she declared it much better than McDonalds!
Trisha wrote: "I have the same issue with boots I am glad she liked lunch"
Yep me too with the boots, I gave up trying to get knee boots in the end unless they have a zip right down to the bottom I can't get my foot in never mind get them up my leg!
Yes I haven't had KFC since before Sophie was born! I have a recipe to make it at home, they reckon it's a close run thing taste wise, Sophie says now I have no excuse I have to make it for her!
Trisha wrote: "Lol she sounds like my two when they heard I can make tacos like taco bell"I've never tried tacos, I've made Nachos and Tortillas and I make a mean Chilli which she loves, she is very cosmopolitan in her eating habits, which is just as well with me!
I used to be a chef in a former life but now I am content with feeding Sophie and my man, who is worried that when I get rich and famous I won't want him in my life! I can't believe he's so insecure! One of the reasons I started to write was so he could give up the work he does before it puts him in a wheelchair! His spinal column is shot at the neck and lower back, and he is covered in scars from where the knife slipped! He's a commercial butcher preparing pork for the supermarkets. Heavy work, lots of lifting!
Trisha wrote: "My hubby thinks that too but I will always need him in my life"Me too, Alain is stubborn and is always right, even when he knows damn well he isn't and I prove it to him! Like I said the other day I'm buying me a Lambourghini and he can have the 4 wheel drive, because buying a flash car for him would be dangerous! Ain't no bimbo's test driving my man!

Lol
My hubby knows I love him with all my heart but for some reason thinks I am going to replace him. I can't do that he has always supported me following my dreams and I support him in his.
I guess our men just are afaird we will not love them when we are famous
