Yeh I just looked did the police shoot him or did they use police issue bullets to make it appear to be the truth?
Hi there Ghadeer, all is fine with me, I am just counting the days till my holiday in Turkey. How are you?
As far as I know Ghadeer you are fine you are the writer therefore you have copyright. Things start to get murky if you put your writing on a blog then it is public property. We are all writers on here at varying levels, some novices some published. Most of us have self published because finding a publisher to take on an unknown is difficult, there are good and bad self publishers. Some offer an editor inclusive in the price others don't I am waiting for my book to come from the Publishers. I went with Raider International in New York, they were the best value with an editor I could find!

What I forgot to put on Skye was that it has potential but it will need a lot of cutting, I laugh when I look back at some of the stuff I wrote a few years ago. So much so I dumped most of it!
@firestormkittycat.....Congrats on your permit!! That is awesome, remember though......No Texting whilst driving!!!!!!!!!!!!!@Sharon....Turkey!! Oh, have tonnes of fun. We went to Altinkum when I was a teen (20 years ago now!!!). Wonderful place :)

Morning Sam
I am trying to finish the last few chapters of my book before I go on my hols! Soph and I went out for the day yesterday to a farm who have animals from around the world. I think I saw goats from every conveivable place possible the children loved it, which is the point of going.
Have a nice day! I would have put photos up but I forgot my camera yesterday! I will get some shots of England for everyone to look at hopefully where we are going there won't have been any rioting!
I am sure your trip will be a riot!!! Oh wait....bad pun :)Have a wonderful time. But first things first, good luck finishing your chapters, although you should have had them done by now right???

Yes I should have and would if Sophie was at school! I did another couple of pages last night. It's hard to concentrate with gulli in my ear morning til night! I would say I have about 10,000 words to the end. Giving me 108,000 which is fine for the publishers. By the time I edit and then the editor edits we should between us arrive at the magical 100k or there abouts! The first book finished at 102k from 107k.

Ha its been ages since I heard that expression! Bloody Nora! Not been easy with this book, I have had to push myself really hard to get to where I am now. Though being fair I have had a lot of interuptions this year!
And I have let myself be distracted far too much! If I hadn't I would have finished this book in April instead of September! But if I had finished it then it wouldn't have been the same, I changed the ending between my original synopsis and the new shiny version!
Hard work, no secret.
Sam wrote: "Well....kudos to you :) The main thing is that it's on it's way to being finished."thanks I will get there eventually!
It's a thing called dragoncave, if enough people click on the eggs, they hatch. Here's one too.

Hi HunSorry have been in and out again today though in pain again this afternoon! The medecine gives me every conceivable side effect including a headache, and when I take paracetamol for the pain it gives me griping stomach ache and a gippy tummy!
I suppose it's aiding the diet, it is calming now thank god. Sophie has had her first day at her new school, she loves it, loves her new teacher has sat down and done her homework without me having to tell her!
I found out that 6 former pupils of the other school were the only children to have to repeat year 6 all the private school children passed with flying covers!
Sharon wrote: "Hiya all, how is everyone? What you all been up to?"I'm feeling a bit better, went back to my Doctors this time and he changed the tablets said they were far too strong for a first time the idea is to lower my BP not raise it! 180/80 it was only 160 the week before!
How's the diet going? Hope you haven't been tempted to fall off it yet. I have lost 4kg so far Sophie has lost 2kg all with just healthy eating and stopping the pain au chocolat, they should come with a government health warning, mind to be fair Sophie did rather eat her weight in them. She never could settle for just 1! Now she has no choice I keep them in the freezer she is allowed 1 on Wednesday morning and one either Saturday or Sunday, otherwise its sugar puffs or toast and nutella spread by me and a 0% yoghurt whenever she wants one, likewise fruit.
I have done a little to the book but I have been inundated with peaches and green beans apples too! I have been making soups and today the house reeks of peach chutney, and I am converting the French to the culinerary delights of chutney!
Book cover is in and approved I stayed with the original in the end so many people seemed to like it I am now waitig the release date so watch this space!
Yay that is great news. As for my diet I have lost 7lbs so far which is not bad for me. Glad to hear you are feeling better.
Sharon wrote: "Yay that is great news. As for my diet I have lost 7lbs so far which is not bad for me. Glad to hear you are feeling better."Hi Hun,
Well done you I have some great recipes for low fat stuff including paella, we had an unorthadox Sunday lunch Paella Royale with no fat and unfortunately for anyone that likes Chorizo, no Chorizo. Alain liked it so much he had seconds and then finished the remaining portion for his supper!
I am off to see my daughter and new grandson next week and going to a pamper party, beauty treatments in the home all the rage here in Normandy apparently.
Hiya,I would love to have some of your low fat reciepes. How is the new grandson? Well guess what, I have got my first 2 christmas pressents, now to start getting the rest. :o)
Sharon wrote: "Hiya,I would love to have some of your low fat reciepes. How is the new grandson? Well guess what, I have got my first 2 christmas pressents, now to start getting the rest. :o)"
Don't I haven't even though about Christmas, more stress, I know everyone can have a jar of peach chutney, I have about 40 jars of the stuff. I dread anyone else giving me any more peaches! I now just have the pumpkin glut to deal with! Pumpkin waffles, pancakes with maple syrup, soup, creme caramel with pumpkin in well I have the first one in the garage daring me to cut it open it only weighs 11 kg!
Sharon wrote: "Only a nice little one then - lol :o)"Yes, the other's are continuing to expand, 11 kg is the baby of the bunch! I hope I like pumpkin pancakes and waffles, I liked it with rabbit and mustard, not that I like rabbit that much, I cook it for Alain sometimes, I just liked the sauce!
Baby is lovely there is a picture on my photos, of the hugo moo! Jo's nick name for him, Leon was always Leon pooh!
He likes his food, she no sooner finishes feeding him one bottle as he demands the next! Piglet, and according to Jo he has a temper, if he can't get his own way he growls - quite funny that, I do the same! He takes after his granny!
You will have to make some pumpkin pies, and carve them out ready for Halloween :o)I went to see Lee Evans on saturday, and I literally cried laughing. Just what I needed a good ol laugh!

He is funny just looking at him makes me laugh, unfortunately French comedians aren't at all funny, even though I understand fully the jokes I can't see the funny side of them at all! Give me Jasper Carrott any day!
I got the recipes for them too even a low fat ice cream pumpkin pie!
Did you see David Essex yet or is that later?
David Essex is now but I will not be able to afford it unfortunately but I am hoping for Pam Ayres on 30th Sept!
Sharon wrote: "David Essex is now but I will not be able to afford it unfortunately but I am hoping for Pam Ayres on 30th Sept!"Ah what a shame and you were so looking forward to it, blimey Pam Ayres is still doing the rounds, she must be getting on a bit now. My son had a Pam Ayres poem read out at the wedding, I tried translating it as it was read out for Alain but it was too difficult, I explained as best I could later. I still don't think he got it!
