I am still trying to work out how I do this NaNoWriMo. I know it is not till November but I still don't know how to go about it. Trying to read about it now!I have note books ready for holiday to write down ideas - maybe a certain holiday romance etc. etc.
Maybe also this year they are looking for the first person to pull off the Mayan Phrophecy, the end of the world is nigh- remember the Mayans predicted the world as we know it will end on the 21st December 2012, hell who really knows I sure as hell bet the dinosaurs didn't expect extinction!
Darkangel wrote: "I am feeling extinct already and it's only Tuesday - LOL"Yep me too, though I've been extinct for a while now!
Darkangel wrote: "I am feeling extinct already and it's only Tuesday - LOL"I must've missed something why are so exited?
Not excited Eva extinct, like the volcanoes and the dinosaurs! Darkangel is winding down in readiness for her holiday and me well if I wind down any more I'll nod off!
Darkangel wrote: "Just exhausted really, consultants all back together and has been mental."That's lunch over and Sophie and the dog have gone off with Alain so I have a peaceful afternoon! I may even get some writing done! Talking of the devil Mrs Robinson just rang, didn't make it for the weekend, 'his sister' turned up out of the blue! More likely his wife caught him out with a lie and the Italian is back in play! She just gave me another blinding plot for a chapter too!
Sorry to have missed everything.
I think the weather is exhausting us all Darkangel.
As for writing a follow up to 50 shades I couldn't do it. I get embarrassed just writing about the most subtle encounters. Apart from that I am not sure it will work That was tried with Harry Potter and Twilight - all the books that came out in their wakes were not as successful.
I have my author page here now and my publisher is releasing my book tomorrow on Kindle and I think in print.
Wish me luck.

Congratulations and good luck!
It's not easy writing sex, adding a touch of humour to the situation helps, and someone famous is quoted as saying 'when in doubt, leave it out!' I can't for the life of me remember who!
Yes I know but when publishers get a bee in their bonnets nothing will sway them! Though if someone comes up with a strong story with lots of sex and well written that may just hit the spot!
Darkangel wrote: "Well congratulations first Kerry and good luck!"I am doing some work on chapter whatever number I'm up to, Antoine is about to tell Charlene she is in danger! Not sure whether that will be before or after he bonks her!
Darkangel wrote: "33 ;o)"Yes I just went back and looked, long time no see! I have a little twist planned, you're gonna love it!
Darkangel wrote: "How cool, I can't wait, do you think I will get it before I go on holiday on Monday ;o)"It's a distinct possibility! You might get that and another if you're lucky!
Darkangel wrote: "Woohoo, I look forward to it."I'm not getting any notifications again! You are going to lurve this one!
Darkangel wrote: "I am so loving all the twists and turns in this. Certainly keeping me on the edge of my seat ;o)"Well its certainly going to spice up the action a little!
Morning all, it is very sticky here, but just had a lovely pain au chocolate for breakfast and I am ready for what the day brings - just!
MorningNo electricity this morning, thunder storm last night who'd live in France! Do I take it the diet has fallen by the wayside now, with this mornings intake of all those yummy calories contained inside 1 ickle pain au chocolat?
We are having chilli for lunch- sometime today,Alain has gone to his mothers. Her dog, petite, is on it's last legs, it has bowel cancer we have known about it for over two years but this last few weeks poor things struggled with the heat. I think today will be his last day on earth, Alain was going to ring the vets, it's a bank holiday here today but the dogs suffering and she will open the surgery in an emergency.
Oh that is so sad. Poor little thing. Yes diet has gone by the wayside for now, I am not losing any more weight at present so it will just have to wait until after the holiday.

More power cuts this afternoon every time I switched the computer on the power went so I gave up in the end! I submitted HOD to writers relief, if they accept me they will help in the search for an Agentm it's not free but I will stand a better chance of snaring an Agent with them that I have on my own.
I'm also entering TBL into a competition for Independantly published authors who books have been published, I have written and asked Adam if he's prepared to back me in it by providing any help he can, good publicity for him and me if I were to win.
Darkangel wrote: "Cool. will keep fingers crossed with both."Blooming computers gone on a go slow tonight, we aren't the only ones with iffy electrics, my friend in the village has just phoned to see if we have power, hers has been off for an hour or more!
Darkangel wrote: "Cool. will keep fingers crossed with both."Morning, guess what? Yep it's raining again! I had a wierd dream last night I was in a hotel suite with a man named Jeremy, Sophie was there too but younger than she is now!
it's raining? We are getting a heat wave from Africa and this week we should be reaching the 40s, its 43 degrees yesterday in Valencia so I'm thinking shazzyloulou must be suffering.
Eva wrote: "it's raining? We are getting a heat wave from Africa and this week we should be reaching the 40s, its 43 degrees yesterday in Valencia so I'm thinking shazzyloulou must be suffering."Morning Eva,
Temperatures that high would kill me, after thirty I retreat to the ambient temperature of my lounge which is about 65 Farenheit all year round, thick stone walls help keep out the cold as well as the heat. The new house is partly stone the kitchen/dining room will be my refuge in the summer!
it's horrible! im glad we are away up north for 4 days, by then on tuesday will be 36 and it looks like from then on it will just cool down. Hopefully some rain. I have been thinking of doing some rain dance!
Darkangel wrote: "That is hot.Morning all. So Sarah who is Jeremy? ;o)"
Not a clue, he was fit though, with sandy blonde hair, and rich too! He was buying property in the area I will note it all down for later use, I even managed to go back into the dream after I woke up!
Eva wrote: "it's horrible! im glad we are away up north for 4 days, by then on tuesday will be 36 and it looks like from then on it will just cool down. Hopefully some rain. I have been thinking of doing some ..."You can have our rain, we've had it for the past 3 or 4 days so we're wet enough, just don't send all your lovely sunshine, 25 degrees is fine!
That is very rare.I looked at the weather in Turkey and already in the 44s. On thursday we are looking at 47+, thankfully the evenings are a bit cooler.
just make sure you dont go outdoors between 11 and 4 in the afternoon, mostly if you are fair skinned!
Darkangel wrote: "That is very rare.I looked at the weather in Turkey and already in the 44s. On thursday we are looking at 47+, thankfully the evenings are a bit cooler."
Yes I know, it was so real and what woke me up was I introduced sophie to this Jeremy as I was lying in bed with him! Rolls eyes heavenward, I remember turning to Alain and thinking I hope he didn't hear me!
Because I would never do that, wierd!
Makes mental note do not entertain Turkey in August!
Oh dear Sarah - are you re-reading fifty shades or something - LOLNormally around 1pm, we enter in to the shade for some lunch so I am out of the sun. It will certainly make a difference from all the rain we have had for months on end.
Darkangel wrote: "Oh dear Sarah - are you re-reading fifty shades or something - LOLNormally around 1pm, we enter in to the shade for some lunch so I am out of the sun. It will certainly make a difference from al..."
No, I gave those to Jo, once was more than enough of 50 shades! No I think I must have been thinking of the new book, either that or I've got Mrs. Robinson syndrome!
Eva wrote: "well as long as you didnt see yourself with a wip you will be ok"No, no whip or furry handcuffs.
Darkangel wrote: "LOL.I hope it is not Mrs Robinson Syndrome."
Me too cos she's a tart! Have to go into town now,and fetch pork, Alain is making pate for his birthday bash on Saturday, which is why I left the cleaning until tomorrow because everywhere will be messed up!
Darkangel wrote: "Have fun, I have to start getting my handover ready for the "useless" temp!"Woohoo what fun, not! Got most of the stuff for the weekend invasion, need to go in tomorrow or Sat morning and pick up pain au chocolat, croissant pain au raisin bread fruit squash, beer, whisky, gin, paracetamol!
Darkangel wrote: "I like how you added paracetamol at the end there!"A must for morning Sunday with breakfast! Exactly, it's a distraction a bit of spice to boost up our mundane existences. We work, raise our families and what do we get for our troubles, discarded like yesterdays designer jeans for the blonde bimbo who couldn't boil water without a cookery book!
If our men don't leave they take a mistress, or lust after sex symbols they haven't got a hope of pulling. This is our time 'Cougars' bite back now it's the high salaried older women getting their own back and pulling men young enough to be their sons!
