Yep, that was me 3 years ago, with no new books in sight I decided to create my own. At least I could be sure of a decent ending then!

I started chapter 26, the ghosties are out to play again! In force this time too I think! Shake them up a bit. High time we saw some real action too, I think it's time for the batty Clara to see Sebastian, though no one will believe her. Someone ought to die too, hmm I wonder who that will be? And I musn't forget that poor dead hit and run victim, a culprit needs to be found, give Detective Malestroit something to do!

I aim too please! The middle is where authors lose their direction sometimes, I'm planning to make my middle action packed and keep it up to the bitter end.

I am a hard task master!

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Oh this is very true, but I have every faith in you with keeping it action packed ;o)

Sharon Lipman (sharonlipmanauthor) | 272 comments Morning! Or should I say afternoon?? I had an awful night's sleep feeling sick and having some bizarre itchiness going on with my legs. It's probably the worst night's sleep I've ever had. Lord knows what was going on with my legs - no bites or rashes to be seen but I couldn't stop scratching. Really really odd.

Anyhoo, went back to bed and took the morning off work. On the plus side I did get a couple of chapters written and made some notes for editing, so I suppose that's good!

This morning looked dull weather wise but it's burned off and it's now in the high 30's again.

Sarah - I'm jealous of your Plancha. I really need to get one of those! Whenever we go out to eat I always have seafood cooked a la plancha and its YUMMY!

Your legs aren't swollen and red are they? It could be phlebitis, do you have a slight fever? If your leg feels as if its on fire, or you have pain in your leg go to the doctors and he'll give you antibiotics, I had it a couple of years ago, I thought it was sunburn!

I have to take blood thinners now because it keeps coming back only natural ones, I didn't fancy rat poison! I take extract of horse chestnut and butchers broom your doctor will test your blood and see if you have too many clotting agents.

It can happen after a bang or knock or surgery, which basically means they have no idea why you suddenly start getting attacks, which re-occur hence the thinners!

Yay I love my plancha but it's getting a bit worn now the non stick coating isn't what it used to be and it got dropped and the plastic is broken when we move I am going to invest in a new one - 1 metre long and only 29 Euros from Foire Fouille!

Whats wrong with your head Hun?

Sorry no notifications again and I was in chapter 26, you'll love my ghostly episode it ties up a loose end!

Migraine? Nasty that, my aunt used to suffer from it, have a look at herbal cures. Lol me and my herbs I'd have been burnt at the stake in the olden days as a witch!

I just looked there are quite a few preventatives and curatives two that might interest.

Q10 enzyme yep the stuff they use on wrinkles, and believe it or not marujana! I kid you not! b vitamins and feverfew were mentioned too!

message 3116: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Well maybe I will give the Q10 a go, and don't think I will even attempt the other!

No, not unless you can get the doctor to prescribe it for you legally! And yes they do for cancer patients and MS sufferers! I could do with some for the arthritis!

I can't use Avon, allergic to it!

hey well done on writing a few chapters, how many have you done now?

Sharon Lipman (sharonlipmanauthor) | 272 comments Sarah - my legs seem ok now. It was very odd. I ended up in the shower at 3am trying to cool them down and stop the itching. I've inspected again just now and they seem normal. Maybe it was just being hot and bothered and feeling sick? Dunno. Will keep an eye on it.

The main problem is that I have a trapped nerve in my back which means I can't feel the front of my shin on one leg properly. You have no idea how weird and frustrating it is to have an itch below the surface of the skin, but since you can't feel your skin properly, scratching gives you no relief whatsoever! I'm surprised I've got any skin left, the amount of scratching I was doing last night!

Angel - the Avon skin so soft range is great. I have the dry oil spray and use it straight after getting out of the shower. It leaves your skin lovely and soft and lasts for ages.

message 3124: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) I have quite a bit of the Sin So Soft range, it is lovely, also the planet spa. They have some great gifts at Christmas too and yes I have already started - got 4 little pressies (not from Avon though) - got to get in when I can ;o)

Not nice trapped nerves, been there done that like having toothache in your leg! I have an easier solution for dry skin, take 3 Argan oil capsules a day and use collagen and beta carotene cream on stubborn spots!

Magic capsules fade stretchmarks and wrinkles! I got sunburnt last monday, and wasn't sore I put it down to the Argan oil, Sophie too just Jo that was sore and she put cream on!

Ahh the advantages of living abroad and not having any children! We don't have to worry about Xmas that much. Just 2 sets of parents, a niece, a godson and each other to sort out. Sometimes we do silly gifts for friends but it depends what's happening.

If you have a gathering at Xmas you should try the "wrapped crap game." Its great and you don't even have to buy anything. Everyone just collects their unwanted presents or crap from home and rewraps them. You place enough pressies for the amount of people playing on the table. Take 2 decks of cards. Deal one out between you till they've all gone. Then the dealer turns over the first card of the unused deck. If you have the matching card, you claim a prize. You keep going, taking turns to turn over the cards as you go round the table. You can take a pressie from the pile in the middle or steal one from someone else until all the cards have been dealt. You get to keep what you have at the end of the game. Some people will have loads some people have none, but the rule is that no matter how crap the present is, you HAVE to take it home with you.

Trust me, it's hilarious!

You should put it on e-bay in the light of 50 shades fame you'd make a fortune!

Funding for your holiday! Or put it towards your new kitchen, if you word the ad properly you'll start a bidding war!

As used in the 'red room', Ana's favourite whip, as used by 50 shades! Are you getting the gist!

Lol I read through the sequel to TBL over the weekend, well I may have to dust it down and finish it when TBL hits the shelves! I had forgotten all about the room Father Martinez found in Rose's cellar with the whips and cuffs and items of torture!

I wrote that in 2010 before E L James even thought of the red room! Have you read the fist 10 chapters of Almost perfect?
