yeah but in half an hour you'll be hungry again! I had toast and marmalade and a cup of decaffinated fresh coffee. I finally found a decaf ground that tastes okay, it's bloomin expensive though but a packet lasts me a while, I don't drink as much of it I have yummy herbal teas as well!

Grumpy had to ask for a photocopy and an envelope and he's still whingeing!

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) No, I have been having pineapple and it has been quite filling. Got my quiche and salad for lunch (I will lose my access weight for my holiday) ;o)

It wasn't bad to say I was just using up leftover chicken from Sunday, it was the only way I could get Sophie to eat it.

I had a weird dream last night, I was pregnant, shock horror, and Alain and I decided to let Sophie choose the baby's name it was a little girl, I wanted to call her Charlotte or Amelie and Sophie had a list of wild far out names that no one would give their child. So I called her charlotte and Sophie ran away and Alain's mother said it was my fault for asking her to help and then not using one of her names.

It was horrible I searched for Sophie everywhere but couldn't find her! I wonder what Freud would think of that!

message 2210: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) That is weird - you're not pregnant are you? Just checking!

If I am it will be a bloomin miracle at my age, it wasn't a dream it was a nightmare! Maybe one of the family is, though I do hope it's not Jo!

message 2212: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) You mean, patching up the marriage hoping a child will save it?

message 2213: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Sharon wrote: "You mean, patching up the marriage hoping a child will save it?"

No I mean they can't afford to feed another child and I think Jo would probably top herself. She doesn't do pregnant very well, makes her depressed and nasty!

Not a natural earth mother I'm afraid. Don't get me wrong she loves the two boys she just wouldn't have another. Though I know she would love a little girl, but she also knows knowing her luck she'd get another boy!

message 2214: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) I would love the chance just to have one.

Still no luck, did you look into the stuff I sent you on the herbal medicine specialists in Burton on Trent? He put me on Mango extract with other stuff and put me on a diet excluding all the stuff I was sensitive too no caffeine, no alcohol. He was just trying to improve my adrenaline content, I ended up pregnant!

I'll have another look and see what will help, though I think Maca would be a good start, go into a herbal shop and see what you can find, try accapuncture? Or hypnosis, anythings worth a try however bizarre it seems! Cavorting naked at Stone Henge on the summer solstice on the 21st June?

B complex vitamins
and site to look at www.naturalremediesreview.com

Hope this helps take a look at the site!

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Morning huun,

Thanks for this, I will have a look plus there is a Holland & Barratt around the corner from work, they might sell them there.

The maca definitely is a good option for both of you the bee propolis I have seen on the site I get my vitamins from Vitamin c you can get from pomegranite plus antioxidants which do a whole load of good stuff.

I would personally try these three for starters, the Maca balances out all the hormones it works on the endocrine system and it contains all the b complex vitamins and loads of others. Bee stuff is always for the good, think of the healing powers of honey. I'm sure you will find all of them in Holland and Barratt I can find all but the pomegranite in the supermarkets here.

Morning, I have to go into town, I had another baby dream last night, different but weirder than the last one. Someone close to me is pregnant, that I'm sure of now!

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Sharon wrote: "You have that dream tonight as well then please ;o)"

I'll try my best, you get taking your vitamins quick, buy yourself a clear blue pre test to know when is the best time to do what rabbits do best!

message 2223: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) I already have some of those ;o)

message 2224: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Sharon wrote: "I already have some of those ;o)"

Not the pregnancy tests the tests to see if you're ready to conceive usually 10 - 18 days from the 1st day of your last period, as you get older your body goes a bit loopy and sometimes it happens twice in the month that's one of the reasons more women in their late 30's early 40's end up with twins!

message 2225: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Yes I have them. A friend bought loads when she was trying (had a little boy on my birthday) and gave me the rest - have about 20.

So tell me how I do this when I only last for half a day?

message 2226: by Sarah (new)

Your p only lasts half a day? Then you need to start taking the maca now that will regulate the problem, I suggest finding those tablets I took with the mango and two other ingredients I bought them in holland and barratt. I look up what else will help you with that problem after lunch, but I would say one thing stop the dieting - it could be the reason for it. TTYL

message 2227: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Had this problem for a very long time, nothing to do with the dieting. Had tests done and they said I was all fine. Been since I stopped taking the contraceptive injection.

How long since you stopped the injections? Read up on what the maca can do for you Peruvian women are able to conceive late in life because they take maca from the age of 3!

Lol please no let someone else have my turn 3 is enough! http://www.ovulation-calculator.com/s... Go take a look at this site it explains all about it.

message 2229: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) OK. I stopped with the injections when I was still in my 20's, then I had a coil and had that taken out after the 3 years and still it was the same.

message 2230: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Sharon wrote: "OK. I stopped with the injections when I was still in my 20's, then I had a coil and had that taken out after the 3 years and still it was the same."

Okay, go and take a look at the site above, I think you will find it interesting and pick up some extra strength maca on the way home and take the highest dose, you can't overdose with this herb its what they call an adaptogen, which basically means it adapts itself to your bodies needs. It balances out hormonal deficiencies, it contains b complex vitamins and loads of other stuff.

Lol I had my coil fitted in the August and it 'fell out' in the January! I got pregnant in the March, I was 43, I am one of the lucky ones though I took vitamin E for ages and oil of evening primrose at the time.

message 2231: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) How did your coil fall out? Mine moved and it was so painful, now I am contraceptive free thank goodness.

Not sure except my periods were exact opposite of yours, extremely heavy and long! I don't think my body agreed with a foreign object being put inside me and duly expelled it!

message 2233: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Taking of expelled!, I downloaded book 2 and 3, might start 2 over the bank holiday weekend.

Are you having a street party like we did for the golden jubilee? I always thought the French celebrated Bastille day by a picnic or street party, but they don't do much at all. A few fireworks at midnight, and the occasional barbecue we went to the communal one last year, there were about 20 of us all together, a dismal turn out when there are over 20,000 inhabitants in the village and surrounding area!

You might be able to have chapter 19 in a few minutes I finished it last night but I have been in and scalped it and I am just putting in the final twist!

message 2235: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) No. We will probably have another BBQ if the weather is nice.

A like twists, I look forward to it. ;o)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Morning Hun,

I've just read the news that they have arrested the parents of the children who died in the Derby fire and charged them with murder. I hope they burn in hell for the pain and suffering they caused those innocent children.

message 2238: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Morning,

I totally agree, what sick people they are. What is worse is the way they was crying on tv asking for people to come forward with information. Sick and twisted.

They won't live long in prison, they hate child killers these people are the scum of the earth and to think people felt sorry for them.

I think they should be burnt at the stake and save the taxpayers a fortune keeping them alive!

message 2240: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Now this i do totally agree with. The father has 17 kids including those that are unfortunately no longer with us.

Well nice to know he won't be allowed to have any more, and the ones he didn't kill will hate him forever!

Jo agrees with us they should be locked in a wooden shed and then set it alight, let them die in pain!

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments How's you this morning did you get your maca? I'm looking for a laptop, well Alain told me my office space is on the landing big space nice view out the window but what happens when my knees get so bad I can't make the stairs? Stannah chair lift or lap top?

I don't care as long as I can write! Have the feeling the lap top will be the cheaper option!

message 2243: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) I agree with the lap top. Didn't get the maca yet, will try and pop out at lunch time. Had a nightmare getting home last night.

It's not so sunny here today, we are expecting rain :o(

message 2244: by Sarah (last edited May 31, 2012 04:09AM) (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Fine and sunny here today with a nice breeze, we had ten spots of rain yesterday afternoon! shower then lunch speak to you later.

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Chapter 19 on route! Almost forgot had the baby dream again different again from the last time, can't tell you who's pregnant because I didn't see the person just heard the doctors receptionist say she would get the doctor to take a look because her feet were swollen!

Weird dream, a fight between my father and a sailor in next doors garden (in England) and an American sailor at that, bodies all around a swimming pool who weren't actually hurt and finding my dad in an urn, when I wiped the soil out of his eyes and mouth he woke up and I screamed for someone to help me get him to a doctor, why had they put him in an urn when he wasn't dead!

No more pork for me before bedtime!

message 2246: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Does pork do that to you then, I thought it was cheese!

message 2247: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Sharon wrote: "Does pork do that to you then, I thought it was cheese!"

Err apparently, it is very hard to digest and not adviseable to eat at bedtime, cheese at bedtime sometimes gives me indigestion.

I can't think what else it might have been other than an over active imagination.
