Sharon wrote: "LOL - so it is that bad."Yep, I'd have been better off watching Sophie's Pony Club DVD's more interesting!
Sharon wrote: "I watched Grimm on tv. Much better choice ;o)"MMm yep but we don't get that here, it's only on pay to view and we don't have that.
Sharon wrote: "Oh that's a shame, it is really good. I have even got Monst in to it now."I have just watched Sherlock the updated version, that's how behind we are!
I love all those monster hunting shows along the same lines, but the king of them for my wife and I has been Supernatural for several years.
Jp wrote: "I love all those monster hunting shows along the same lines, but the king of them for my wife and I has been Supernatural for several years."I don't know that one, living in France has it's downside too, lousy television being one of them and all the prgrammes being in French the second. Not that I have a problem with the language just sometimes I like to watch English television!
Which considering I used to watch French subtitled films in England to improve my language skills is quite funny!

You may be able to catch the DVDs pretty cheap somewhere. The sets have been out long enough that it's easy to find.
Also, we adore Sherlock... My wife's developed a huge crush on Cumberbatch, despite his awful name. Hah.
Sharon wrote: "I have to agree with Cumberpatch - very good actor and suits the part very well."And frighteningly true to the character as depicted in the books...
I totally agree. I think he would have been a good Doctor Who as well, much better then Matt Smith who is playing him now. But Sherlock will do for me.
Sharon wrote: "I totally agree. I think he would have been a good Doctor Who as well, much better then Matt Smith who is playing him now. Sharon wrote: "Benedict cumberpatch, Google him. i can't actually see him as anything else lol"You don't think it might be an anagram of his real name, Sherlock Holmes likes to use anagrams!
Morning how's the weather in London today here in Brittany it's cold, wet and very windy, gusts up to 110KMS per hour!
Morning. It is pouring down here and will be all day. Really horrible day. Diet will be re-started next week (ish). I need warmth in me this week. Soup for lunch lol
Sharon wrote: "Morning. It is pouring down here and will be all day. Really horrible day. Diet will be re-started next week (ish). I need warmth in me this week. Soup for lunch lol"Yep here too winter was warmer, I'm cooking roast chicken and all the trimmings for lunch, Lol Sunday's roast when because we didn't get the chicken out we had Chilli Con Carne!
Sharon wrote: "I might make a shepherds pie tonight (with Pork mince) or maybe a spag bol again with pork."Spag bol with pork not tried that I picked up a pack of picata which is pork and beef mixed that was okay but I prefer beef for spag bol and lamb for moussaka.
Chicken was good, cold chicken and chips tomorrow, easy cookday!
Lol we always get round to the same subject food!
Changing the subject radically, I am steaming along with Chapter 17 now my plan is slotting together nicely Troy should be winging his way to France earlier than expected! Which will open up a whole new can of worms!
Ohh I like the sound of that. I am off work tomorrow, got work me in, (could have come when I was off last week) but I certainly wont mind if I receive something to read ;o)
Sharon wrote: "Ohh I like the sound of that. I am off work tomorrow, got work me in, (could have come when I was off last week) but I certainly wont mind if I receive something to read ;o)"Well I will try and get it to you for tomorrow morning then, did you take a look at the reworked three chapters and prologue for Light the Seventh Candle?
OMG No. I am so sorry, I completely forgot. I will read it on the train tonight and let you know tomorrow. Please forgive me.
Sharon wrote: "OMG No. I am so sorry, I completely forgot. I will read it on the train tonight and let you know tomorrow. Please forgive me."No problem, I'll send it through again because I think I may have changed some bits after I sent it to you. I will start sending it out to agents next week.
Sharon wrote: "Excellent, I will print it off and read on the train, especially now you have made more changes ;o)"Okay I'll send it through!
Sharon wrote: "Cool :P"Hi Hun how was your day off? Did you get your repair done? I sent you chapter 17 just, train reading for this evening.
Hi HunIs your weather as diabolical as ours? It is set to improve tomorrow, rain between showers instead of torrential!
Hiya, believe it or not the sun is actually out today, that is the first day in goodness knows how long.
Sharon wrote: "Hiya, believe it or not the sun is actually out today, that is the first day in goodness knows how long."We had sun on Saturday just long enough for my family and I to complete a cancer walk, but it turned to some pretty brilliant storming (I love storms) afterward, and it's been fairly steely overcast since.
Sharon wrote: "Hiya, believe it or not the sun is actually out today, that is the first day in goodness knows how long."lucky you, take a photo apparently were sending you our bad weather sorry about that. Someone thinks we've had it long enough!
Poor Alain is trying to plant his potatoes and it keeps raining so they can't plough the field. We actually sat and watched a film together last night.
Are you still having trouble sleeping? Try Passiflora, I have I finally tracked it down at one of the chemists its a natural beta blocker for anxiety and sleep problems and it works, I had the best nights sleep I'd had in ages last night.
I have also found a Doctor, who prescribes natural medecine and I am going to make an appointment with him next week.
Well I slept like a baby last night. Got home around 1ish after seeing New kids and Backstreet Boys. It was so good to re-live my youth. Have quite a husky voice this morning, too much screaming and singing.@JP, I had no sun at all on Saturday, it didn't rain all day but it was not very nice.

What's sun?!!! Where I live we have had a months rainfall in one night!
Did you raise loads of money for Cancer?
Sharon wrote: "Well I slept like a baby last night. Got home around 1ish after seeing New kids and Backstreet Boys. It was so good to re-live my youth. Yep. Cancer's gonna be set for money for awhile! lol
Nah, it's this charity that actually helps get people to appointments and stuff if they're too sick to drive themselves due to the cancer. My wife's work coordinated a whole group of us to go up there. Sounds like it did a lot of good.
And I hear you about the months' worth of rain. Like I said, those storms that followed not even two hours later were AWESOME.

We haven't had the storms just the high winds and lots of rain and hale.
Sorry I missed a word off I meant for Cancer research, some folk don't like giving to charity because the people that really need the money never see it, it is eaten up by admin which is terrible - When my mom took ill with cancer we raised £1000 by doing a raffle we split it between the hospital where she had her chemo and cancer research.
I'm all about the cancer research thing, but I totally agree with you. My preference is, instead, to research whom I'm giving to. This wasn't a research fund, though, as much as it was to directly help people who are currently undergoing treatment but lack the means of making it to their appointments. The fundraiser last year alone helped them get people to something like 131k appointments.
Jp wrote: "I'm all about the cancer research thing, but I totally agree with you. My preference is, instead, to research whom I'm giving to. We had a mini-tornado in Toulouse last night no one was hurt it only lasted 5 minutes thank goodness.

Every time I think about our current level of technology I just think of the Star Trek movie where they go back in time to the 70s "Chemo Therapy?! What is this, the dark ages?"
Sharon wrote: "Morning all, it is absolutely horrible here today. How is everyone else?"Morning suns out here for the first time in ages Alain has taken Sophie out to sell Lily of the Valley, a token of friendship all proceeds go into Sophie's money box! She made about 35 Euros the year before last, last year they couldn't go and sell because the flowers were all dead before the first of May! This year they are just blooming!
Jp wrote: "Sarah R wrote: "Jp wrote: "I'm all about the cancer research thing, but I totally agree with you. My preference is, instead, to research whom I'm giving to. This wasn't a research fund, though, as ..."Does surviving make you conscious of your way of life, has it changed your attitudes?
You hear of people after having lifesaving transplants, who continue abusing their body - George Best the footballer was a prime example he continued drinking, it killed him. That liver could have been given someone else!
Sharon wrote: "That's pretty cool, how much does she sell them for?"E1,50 for the bunch of flowers (mini) and 2,50 for the plants in pots. She won't get rich but it will enhance the bank account a little. She doesn't know it but we are going to take a stall at the local flea market later in the year and sell her stuff she doesn't use, mine too we are going to de-clutter before the move!

Yeah I watched it a long time ago and being as there was nothing else on television last night worth bothering with I left it on, it was in English I'd have been better off watching a DVD!
