Not too shabby, we are sharing it and it seems to be getting done. If you think about it though Eva, We had a 2 month turn around for the Christmas one, but still did a great job of it all and with the postcards we can market it again early in time for Christmas this year - YAY.
No rush, even if we get them byAugust that will give us a good 4 months. Alexandra mentioned possibly another one for Christmas i.e. Help for Heros or another Hospice one that helped her mum. Maybe we could get things slowly starting now, to give people plenty of time to think only have it finished and published by November to get a few more sales for Christmas. Just an idea!
I certainly don't mind the editing. Your friend could design the cover again (she is very good). And ask those that have put in to this one, I am sure the response will fly.

She is good, I asked her to get a webpage sorted so people can start looking so if you know of anyone that needs a cover...just let them know, she doesn't charge a lot.
This is her website, is pretty basic because she's just started ithttp://njadesigns.blogspot.com.es/?vi...
Cool. once she has the website up we could add it to her details in the acknowledgements. We still have plenty of time to do for Christmas. i have most of the work in for this one, first drafts complete. You friend could do a similar cover with Christmas colours on. or reds and pinks for valentines lol
if i could do a career change i would get in the pubishing bussines, but by the time i finish uni and get experience it'll be time to retire, lol
To be honest, i don't really know. wouldn't mind owning my own little used book shop where you can come and have a coffee and a cup cake whilst you have a read. That would be cool
I've looked into that, there was one in Aberdeen called books and beans, it was all used books but my hubby told me that the way things are going with ebooks that a physical shop wouldn't make money.
Jessica wrote: "Woo, seems like a lot of housework!"Yes, and today here is supposed to be a bank holiday and guess what? More blooming housework!

I think maybe she means the computer? Afternoon, I finally go a few minutes me time. Alain decided to organise the lounge this morning, which meant moving all the stuff we dumped in there last week to another dumping ground! Some did get put away, some went into the big hidey hole that is the spare room, and some went into the Wendy house! Trust me there's no room for Tinkerbell in there, let alone Wendy!
How are you Sharon.
Sharon wrote: "Hiya, I am all good now and on the mend thankfully. So the move has gone all good?"Sorry, have you been ill? Yes, all done and dusted, I handed the keys back last night with no problems. The other house is officially now someone else's problem!
Yes was bad with my asthma and pulled my back and just got over a sickness bug that completely drained me.
Sharon wrote: "Excellent news. You will have to email me your new address so i can send you a card etc."Okay, will do. Oh poor you, the pollen causing mayhem? I won't enquire what you were up to to pull your back, and a sickness bug too. Well you probably come into contact with quite a few germs working in a hospital. Sounds like you should try a course of Colostrum, and re-boot your immune system. Alain and I are both taking it, him to combat the cancer problem he had and me for everything from Arthritis to Allergies, you name it, I'm allergic to it! It gives you energy too! I'm sure it got me through the last week of cleaning and painting!
Eva wrote: "sorry the laptop ran out of battery"Thought it was something like that! At least I don't have that problem, just a wandering WIFI signal! Though the internet is quicker with the satellite it does sometimes freeze.
Sharon wrote: "I pulled my back coughing too much through the asthma - LOL nothing dirty hee hee"Am I right in thinking Asthma is considered to be an auto-immune disease? If so you sould definitely take the colstrum look it up, I get mine from Krauterhauss and if I buy 3 tubs it works out cheaper, and with us both taking it lasts us for 3 months.

I'm quite lucky with that, sometimes i even use the hot spot on my phone

Its good enough for what I use the internet for, I'm not used to lightening speed internet, it is coming it has reached as far as Rennes, that's the 4G what difference it will make to me I have no idea.
Morning, It's lovely and peaceful up here in the gods and I'm sure Alain would prefer I was unpacking and sorting stuff out but I deserve a couple of hours to myself and while the cats at work this mouse is going to play! It's grey and miserable here today and blooming cold, we lit the fire last night-1st of May and still needing a fire, not good that. It's hot in the South of France today apparently around the 25C, I wouldn't mind it being in double figures with a little sun here either!
Sharon wrote: "I am still in the posh part ;o) lol"That is so not fair, I'm blooming freezing my bum off here! Sophie's sleep over was cancelled, not enough children to make it worth their while, so Sophie will have a day or two in the next holiday at the centre in exchange.
Morning Tony say hello to Del Boy and Rodney for me over there in Peckham!
